After seeing the ins and outs of this company, and having first hand experience of how they treat customers, employees, people's property, etc. I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone. I was very hesitant in making this review, but after being appalled by further discoveries of the company's management this weekend... I can be silent no longer. Please feel free to reach out to me if you ever feel like using any services/products from this company. I can assure you, your money and valuable time can and should be spent elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE Tom…read moreMarks was all in at first and very communicative when we wanted to buy a boat. He asked for a $500 deposit to be sent to him through Wal Mart. After he received the deposit he was unavailable for the next 6 ways. Would not reply to calls, emails, or texts. We also left message after message at the business and they offered no explanation for his behavior. He suggested we do the transaction off the books to avoid paying taxes. He said he would ship the boat to us ("I ship all over! It's not a problem." and later he reneged on that promise and offered no reduction in price. For us to ship added another $2000 to the price. When we showed up to pick up the boat he kept us waiting 3 hours while he laughed and joked with locals while repeatedly telling us how busy he was. We had agreed to exchange the money at the credit union but now he was "too busy" to go to the credit union. He would walk by and ask "Do you have the money?!" knowing that that was not the agreement. We left and after reading these other reviews I'm realizing we dodged a bullet by not doing business with him.

They sat on my boat at a price several thousand above what they told me for four months and when they returned it to me it was filthy!! No wonder they couldn't sell it. They closed their doors and didn't bother to call and tell us for over a week. Then no one had the key, the owner wouldn't return calls. I was fortunate that an employee that was recently terminated came out to meet us and let us retrieve our property. I would give them zero stars if it were possible.

We wanted to buy a boat & were told Bryan was the only one who could help us, but he was out of town. We emailed & called daily....we made it VERY CLEAR we wanted to buy the boat! Not until 3 days later did Bryan respond. He left a voice message, but was unavailable most of the day. When we finally got to speak to him, he sold the boat right out from under us! That is just horrible business!!!
