I sent pictures to Sandra in service and she filed my warranty claim. I just received new seats in the mail and they were an exact match to my original down to the red thread used. Sandra was efficient and very friendly to work with. Five years after a sale and still receiving top-notch service! You have a customer for life.

After seeing the ins and outs of this company, and having first hand experience of how they treat customers, employees, people's property, etc. I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone. I was very hesitant in making this review, but after being appalled by further discoveries of the company's management this weekend... I can be silent no longer. We still have the title paperwork and have had it insured all this time. He said it was being "repaired" and would not tell us where boat was. It was in perfect condition when left with him. We now are letting insurance company figure this out. Poor person who " bought" our boat is out $17,000. My preference would be to see the crook in jail and sue him for the value of boat and our other damages but the guy probably is judgment proof. Scammers work the system.

They sat on my boat at a price several thousand above what they told me for four months and when they returned it to me it was filthy!! No wonder they couldn't sell it. They closed their doors and didn't bother to call and tell us for over a week. Then no one had the key, the owner wouldn't return calls. I was fortunate that an employee that was recently terminated came out to meet us and let us retrieve our property. I would give them zero stars if it were possible.

We wanted to buy a boat & were told Bryan was the only one who could help us, but he was out of town. We emailed & called daily....we made it VERY CLEAR we wanted to buy the boat! Although I kept the lines of communication open for 24 hours, via text and phone calls, and him responding and me putting a deposit down, he dropped the ball drastically when has resulted in me not being able to obtain the unit I wanted and a $20,000 difference. He even congratulated me but failed to tell me the unit had been sold. He didn't even inform me my deposit had been refunded. When I spoke with the manager and informed him, he did not provide an apology nor take accountable for his employee lack of service. This may be a large business with multiple locations, however, definitely need training on customer service. Angela D
