I sent pictures to Sandra in service and she filed my warranty claim. I just received new seats in the mail and they were an exact match to my original down to the red thread used. Sandra was efficient and very friendly to work with. Five years after a sale and still receiving top-notch service! You have a customer for life.

I was very hesitant in making this review, but after being appalled by further discoveries of the company's management this weekend... I can be silent no longer. They sat on my boat at a price several thousand above what they told me for four months and when they returned it to me it was filthy!! No wonder they couldn't sell it. They closed their doors and didn't bother to call and tell us for over a week. Then no one had the key, the owner wouldn't return calls. I was fortunate that an employee that was recently terminated came out to meet us and let us retrieve our property. I would give them zero stars if it were possible.
