Hacks! Avoid Hall's Auto Electric! I took my truck in with a cylinder one misfire. 8 weeks in total they had my truck. In that entire 8 weeks I got not one single phone call from the desk-squatter Paul that literally sits next to a phone all day. They charged me $6920 and gave my truck back to me with not only the cylinder one still misfiring but now cylinder 6 as well, and told me that my AC that worked perfectly fine before they got hold of now has a broken compressor, and also now I have a bottom end issue not covered under the work they did. I paid my own mechanic to check their work. There is no bottom end issue. He fixed both misfires by installing two msd solenoids! And the compressor on my AC--works fine--they didn't refill the Freon that they extracted from it! Also found missing bolts. Complete hacks wasted 8 weeks of my life with their incompetence, and I still had to pay another mechanic another $800 to fix their hack diagnosis/work! Avoid these low end losers! read more

went in about a year ago now because these guys claimed they had the high tech fancy computer needed to find out what was wrong with a simply ABS light. after a week and being told it takes time for the computer to work they ultimately couldn't figure out the problem and charged me almost $700 to do absolutely nothing. happen to meet a random guy with a $1500 diagnosis computer who within 30 seconds had a full reading on my car and what was wrong and how to fix it. cost me nothing to find out everything. Halls auto electric are either thieves or too stupid to be working on any car for any reason. When calling around with abs problem on this area you will be lead to Halls because it's supposedly what they specialize in. according to them and their 20k computer they absolutely do not know what they are doing when it comes to electrical car problems. read more

You guys need to know what's going on at Hall's auto: I brought my car in because I was having electric issues with my brake lights/tail lights... and I know absolutely nothing about cars. Paul and his team were able to locate the issue and had my car perfect in no time. My girlfriend's car was having issues starting. We had already changed the fuel pump and throttle body sensor before the car left her stuck in town near Hall's. A friend took her to their shop where she was told not to bother having the car towed to their shop because they would tow it for her if they couldn't get it to start. Instead they left her car sitting in a parking lot all night and didn't get it till the next morning. Once they had it at their shop on Friday morning they didn't start working on it till Monday. When she told them she was having it towed to another shop because they couldn't find the issue they suddenly found "corrosion" in an electrical plug. She was charged $300 and her car still didn't work. We found a bad connection in the fuse box for the fuel pump relay that they apparently didn't check (they "bypassed the fuel pump relay but didn't check the fuse box). Poor diagnostics, never called her back and left her car unattended off property over night. What good is an automotive electronics specialist if they can't find a simple loose connection in a fuse box? Don't waste your time or money on these people. read more
