The work she did finding a lender that allows to close so that we could get into the home right away was nothing short of a miracle given that we were moving from WAY out of state with an offer letter for a job, but no pays stubs to prove that income. Basically moving on a promise/a wing and a prayer. This lender she found also offers renovation loans on conventional which allows the work to be completed after closing. This could be built into the loan or can be funded by the sellers. Drew Wierson was our real estate agent that got us in touch with Tanya after what seemed like dead end after dead end of speaking to brokers that basically said this move wasnt gonna happen with the resources we had. It was an absolute blessing to work with Tanya and Drew. You get more than just people in the real estate business with them, you get a solid support team through the rollercoaster ride it can be of purchasing a home. We dont plan on moving again but IF we do I will work with no one else other than Tanya and Drew.

They will continue to delay work and use excuses that other…read morecustomer are in front of you even though they've said they'll come next week to do work and then the next week and so forth until you finally get tired of it and tell them you won't work with them they hit you with threats of restocking fees even though they tell you product is delayed. Be very cautious of this company, especially a lady named Bea and Mitch. Nobody seems to be on the right page either. Look else where for your fencing needs. Cheaper isn't always better! In response to Mitch Kirsten's comment, I am upset that the court decided in your favor but it would be great for the public to have an understanding of what led up to the courts decision. Bismarck Fence and Deck scammed me into signing their contract even though Mitch Kirsten knew very well that I was financially approved to have my fence done through Enerbank USA. So as I've stated above that they pushed me off continually, I went ahead and terminated my loan with Bismarck fence and deck and went with Dakota Fence which I am loving everyday considering I'm making payments on a $17,800 loan. I was even more detoured from Bismarck fence and deck because Enerbank USA contacted me asking how I am enjoying my fence and I replied back to them saying they had not started anything in my yard which Enerbank very quickly terminated the funds they were trying to obtain. Enerbank has terms for contractors which include funds are only distributed upon 100% of customer satisfaction and finished product. They also considered this fraudulent but nothing legally could be done because funds were stopped. Just a few days later Bismarck fence and deck was upset that I canceled with them and they also drove past my house and seen that Dakota Fence came and started work. Bismarck Fence and Deck then said I owe them a 30% restocking fee because I signed an contract with them. I told them I wasn't paying it because they pushed me off week after week with lame excuses which I'm assuming since they hadn't got the money from Enerbank. I then received small claims court papers in the mail a few weeks later and the judge ruled in Bismarck Fence and decks favor solely for the reason I signed their contract and have to pay a little more than $3,100. So I will take this as a learning lesson to read what you sign but people should still be skeptical of this contractor because of how they conduct business. Please feel free to do an ND Courts public search on Business owner Beatrice Streifel, she is no stranger in taking people to court as she seems to sue anyone! Oh and of course it's public record Mitch Kirsten and Beatrice Streifel, it's just a shame the public isn't able to see what actually led to the judgement so that is why I'm explaining. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. And as for all these other people's reviews, I honestly do not know who they are but I have informed a lot of people I know not to conduct business with these people and to pass along my story of unfortunate hell.
