!!!WARNING!!! Do not move into this Trailer Park! Look at all of the BAD reviews about this place, don't just take my word for it. I am currently HOMELESS because of the terrible management and corruption going on here. They REFUSE to keep the park safe from drug addicts and drug dealers, there's been a couple shootings and stabbings in the last year or so, one of them was right out front of my house with unauthorized tenants that we had been warning the manager Kathy about for almost a year that there was going to be violence happen if she kept allowing them to remain living there illegally( we had already witnessed violence and disturbances we made her aware of) and like I warned her there would be a shooting and there was! She KNOWINGLY allowed 8-13 people to illegally live in this trailer across from me for over a year, and allowed them to stay for 45-60 more days after the shooting happened!!? Only ONE person was an Authorized Tenant, we made here aware of state and federal laws she was in Violation of by allowing that many to live there, we even told their Lawyer and THEY DID NOTHING. They say they do Background checks, but, they either DONT do them at all, or they will just allow ANYONE to live there. We had two Methheads living across from us that would have domestic violence outside where everyone can see multiple times a week, and a plethora of other disturbances and drug activity NON STOP DAILY FOR TWO YEARS. We mad verbal complaints, written complaints, emails etc. and all she said was "Prove it"! So then I had to start running outside at all hours of the day/night to get video on my phone, which put me in a position(in harms way) to start having this Meath head try and fight me, harass, threaten and taunt me DAILY because I was trying to get video to PROVE to the Manager Kathy that she needs to remove them for all of the Domestic Violence nonstop at their trailer/ I was eventually forced to buy and install security cameras. Even after providing her video proof of these things She still allowed these threats to live there and threaten and harass me for over a year. We eventually paid money to pull the backgrounds of these two METH HEADS and sure enough, they both had about 5-7 domestic Violence each and 3-5 different assault charges, one even had an assault on a policemen! She knew about ALL OF THIS and still refused to do ANYTHING! I even have video of the Meth Head trying to fight the Black guys where the shooting was and showed it to her, she didn't care in the slightest... I tried to organize a Neighborhood Meeting because Kathy refuses to address ANY of our concerns and she hit me with an INSTANT eviction hours after I passed out flyers for the Neighborhood Meeting and she is also trying to evict my elderly Mother and take the Mobile Home we own because we stood up to her and we're trying to have a safe, peaceful place to live. I've already been thrown out on the streets in the middle of winter to freeze to death, and now she is trying to do the same to my Mother. This is an act of VIOLENCE and retaliation against us and we have no help! There is a nonstop sewage leak that has never been properly repaired in the 8yrs we have lived there, we haven't had ANY street light for going in 4 months, it's pitch black in our section of the park. They refuse to address any of the concerns of the tenants, they are negligent and in CONSTANT breach of their Contract/Lease they have with their tenants, they DO NOT enforce ANY of the Parks Community Rules and Guidelines and they have a corrupt lease that has Laws and statutes from Colorado in it, NOT Missouri laws! We have also tried to address their corrupt leases and She refuses to provide a proper lease! There are SOOOO MANY problems with this place I am now having to file a Lawsuit against them for what they are trying to do to me and my Mother. I've had 4 reliable people also tell me her Daughter that lives in the park uses and sells meth! Here daughter get to break all kinds of rules, ESPECIALLY with their dogs that keep roaming the property and biting people! read more
