They are liars and tell you anything you want to hear to sign a contract and then they try to change your lease after a year to manipulate you for more money.

We have lived here for one year. There has been four different property managers. I've had the same…read moreexact issues since day one . Recently I have found out none of those maintenance requests will be filled unless I put them in writing . Along with a form requesting special accommodations for our daughter to enter the home safely . This would be in regards to a ramp or a walkway that we will verbally promise prior to actually moving in . However since my husband tried to make it a little safer for her by putting paver stones out the back door we were told that they were not going to help us in any way now but for the last year she only leaves if she has a doctor's appointment or a huge family outing that I pick a battle and insist that she goes to . She is 24 has Down syndrome hip dysplasia and several other medical concerns and issues and yes I have expressed I've got medical documentation stating her need for a even walkway so she does not get hurt We have also not been able to talk to a property manager in a month . Our lease is due and there's no one to go over it with us . There are sections in this lease that we do not have a clue where or how to obtain the information. It seems as if it is a purchaser's lease not a renter's lease . As for the amenities the pool has not worked all year the playground is a slide the laundry room still does not work still. The plumbing issues in this community I believe are due to the actual professional plumbing company that comes out . The water here is so nasty my dogs have not drank it in 4 months yes I've reported it and said something no one has done a thing about it . As for a safe clean community that is false we have had a homicide more than once we've had shootings and it is not clean by far is it clean . The neighbors below me have been allowed to have an excess of six Vehicles when you're allowed to nothing has been done to remove them the trash debris and personal belongings that have stacked up outside of the home has caused rodents to enter my home and destroy my fiber optic cable for my Wi-Fi and destroying my food . Nothing has been done to not only them but several other community members . Some of those members have threatened past property management and has caused them to leave . I want to add I do owe rent however there has been no one to talk to in regards to this situation nor has anyone done any of the maintenance repairs they have came to our home several occasions to get a list the same exact list every time . I do not recommend this community or any other one that they may manage because of this reason . If someone can contact my husband and I in regards to our lease our rent for October that we were told we could have until October 31st or 2025 to pay is now due by the 15th or we will be evicted but there is no one to talk to after several attempts with phone calls emails and text messages I have still too yet received a response I look forward to hearing from you open management my name is Rose Ince I'm in lot 214 at Lakewood Estates

The people treat you like shit my German Shepherd was tied up to my trailer on a cable and some random guy walking his dog, pulled out his gun and shot my German Shepherd I was literally outside my RV working on my truck I confronted him and he said because he attacked his dog, but she was tied up and he ended up telling me that she was an aggressive breed. That's why but I don't recommend this place. I told the front office and nobody wanted to do anything about it mind you I'm not from here. I'm from Texas. I had to put my dog down that same night which was sad I wouldn't go there if I were you, but if you do just watch your dogs anything even your kids

We arrived after hours and an envelope with our name and space information was posted in the registration area. Check in was a breeze. We found our space in the back of the park which caters to short term occupancy. The lot is level, graveled and has full hook ups. A single bathroom and shower is available each for men and for women and it is spotless. It is cleaned every morning. Another unique and nice aspect is that everything you might need is within a mile or two of this location. WalMart is across the street and there are restaurants and malls galore. The office staff are extremely helpful and answered many of the questions we had. The laundry facilities are spotless. The park is quiet and peaceful and we'd definitely recommend a stay.
