During this deadly covid season we're all living through right now, when I see people in public not wearing a mask, I can only assume they are part of the crowd that has politicized mask-wearing, and that not wearing one is an intentional, overt expression of their rebellion. Which is really stupid imo, but, in any case, I would think that even business owners who don't personally agree with the idea of masks would wear them and have their staff wear them anyway so that their clients feel safe enough to give them their business. Well, this would-be client is appalled. I have elderly at-risk parents at home and this blatant disregard for human life is infuriating. However every year their prices were increasing by quite a bit and they kept trying to get me to have them come out more than we needed. I realized this was because they were charging not only by the fill but by the trip. At this point I decided to look elsewhere for service. I found EFR online and decided to give them a try. Well good thing I did let me tell you EFR is so professional! They sent over a quote with the pricing and we scheduled the appointment. They were very good at being on time. I did not have to wait too long for them to finish as we are in a building that has other offices and so when they vacuumed the tank it has to be done after hours. Overall as good of an experience as can be expected when you're dealing with waist. I will definitely use them again.

So I call my home warranty Co, they send a plumber that gives me a scary high price and describes the problem as a non functioning seepage pit, basically the 30 feet pit is not percolating( soil is not absorbing into the water), so it's getting full and water is coming out. I called 4 contractors Tim at Valley Drilling was the only one that didn't give me any shit(joke inserted) about getting a permit and didn't charge me extra for minor extra work. Tim sent his worker including Angel( 15+ year experience guy who worked like he was 25) and Steve the new guy. Both of them stayed till the very end. He also send 2 drillers that have been doing this work since they were kids with their dad. I think at the end I had about 50 years of experience dealing with my shitty problem. I even had the county inspector pop up and give his blessing. At the end Tim was solid on his price I was very happy they worked with my cement guy on getting every ready for a new drive way.
