When I called, later that same day, the person answering the phone knew nothing (typical of this place) & then the owner texted, didn't have the guts to call & she wrote...that too much time had passed (what an idiot, it was on her time) & b/c of the cancellations (only one (1) cancellation), I could reschedule, but I would have to pay full price. The woman who worked on my nails did a good job. My one frustration is regarding the tipping policy. The signs read that cash tips are greatly appreciated (maybe not be the exact phrasing). I tried to add a tip onto my card and was abruptly told "only cash." I apologized and said I didn't have any cash but would try to find an atm and come back. I had to go to my work event and the salon was closed when my event was over. I am happy to follow policies when clearly stated. If you expect cash in tip, please update your signs. I return to this area for work 2-3 times a year and will probably give them another chance. My nails and toes do look great.
