The estimate given online based on 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms was $425. Once the cleaners arrived and we walked through it I realized 2 bedrooms had either hardly any furniture or too much to be cleaned. Also our 4th bath is a powder room but I couldn't specify. The cleaners did a good job but were done in 2 hours so I assumed they would report back to the owner on the actually work and the final price would be less. That's not what happened. All she kept saying is that's her rate for 4 bdrm/4 bath and she doesn't charge by the hour. She was unwilling to discuss a fair price for the work after the initial estimate.

We had the initial cleaning a couple of weeks later and have had three biweekly cleanings since then. Oh, my! They do such a good job. The house sparkles when Sophia is finished. She is awesome! I cannot say enough good things about the cleaning. She spends about four to four and a half hours each time at my house (2,200 square feet) and does such a good job. She gets to work as soon as she arrives (which is always on time!) and is careful as she works. I haven't had any concerns with her being in my home, with or without me here. I had specified that on my telephone appointment. I booked for 90$ 2 hr minimum, as that seemed a reasonable amount of time for the job. The cleaning woman arrived 30 mins late and could not find my unit. I had to escort her. She looked too stressed right from the off set. I specified again that I need my kitchen - esply the stove and bathroom cleaned well. After about 20 mins she tells me, I can't clean the stove properly as I don't have that stove cleaning solution and it's too much work for 2 hrs. I asked her to finish as much as possible in 2 hrs. I called the owner of the company, who after talking to her cleaner, told me that he wasn't aware that this was a "move out cleaning" and that this would require more time. Also, they can't clean the stove glass as that would damage the surface. In case I am not agreeable to "extending the time" which would cost me more money, he would rather tell the cleaner to walk out than stressing her out and rushing her. I some how managed to get the kitchen and bath cleaned in 2 hrs for 90$ and then let the woman leave. I later realized that even those two were not managed well in 2hrs!! I was pretty disappointed by the entire experience!! I would not recommend these folks to any one! I'd rather pay an extra 20$ to any one else and get the job done without facing such harassment!

Due to the size of our house we were provided with 4 cleaners who arrived exactly on time - I was so pleased that we were given 4 cleaners instead of the standard 2. But keep in mind, this depends on the service and add-ons selected as well as the size and condition of your home. It took 2.5 hours with the crew of 4. The cleaners that came were all so respectful, courteous and attentive to detail. I hope the next time I call, we get to have this same exact team. [QUALITY] I have two dogs (including a very furry Golden Retriever), and the amount of fur bunnies that roll around the floors and furniture is never ending. The areas underneath the beds and sofas were like deep, dark jungles of fur. After the cleaning service, it was so clean, I could see the reflection of my face coming off those floors. There was also this small, dusty Slytherin pin tumbling around my closet, someone even cleaned that. [PRICE] The price depends on the service(s) you're requesting (noting that a standard clean and a deep clean are different), the size of your house, and also the condition your house is in. I've tried Hux a few times and one other cleaning service in the Atlanta area, all of those charged less but the service and quality were not worth it. I was feeling a lot of conflicting emotions and guilt about hiring someone to clean my house but I was so overwhelmed with everything else apart from my house, and now I don't have the additional pressure of feeling like my house is dirty, so I'll say it was totally worth it. After spending three hours on what was supposed to be a deep clean, I later walked through the house and found multiple areas untouched: both upstairs bathrooms were dirty (with the exception of the tubs), the railing wasn't dusted, the walk in closet hadn't been vacuumed, all the floors downstairs were sticky, the ceiling fan wasn't dusted, the baseboards downstairs weren't clean. The kitchen counters were wiped but everything was left scattered and unorganized, and a decorative tree was left toppled over. I documented everything with photos and videos and sent them to Sharece. They returned that evening to address the issues, but with noticeable attitudes and excuses, even stating that detailed cleaning (like cracks and crevices) required booking a post-construction clean - something never mentioned beforehand. To make matters worse, once they were done, Mike asked if I planned to leave a low review. When I said yes, he told me if it's not five stars he prefers I don't leave one and continued to pressure me for several minutes until I politely asked them to leave. While I appreciate they came back to finish the job, the overall experience - poor quality of work, lack of professionalism and pressure not to leave an honest review was unacceptable. They sent two plumbers and one called himself a senior...they both looked at the leak and said that it was completely dry and they couldn't find a leak...becoz the upstairs bathroom sits right above where the leak was he said it could have been due to water running down the shower to the floor and since no one was using the upstairs shower anymore the problem must have fixed itself...and i need to caulk the sides of the tub to ensure there was no leak in the future... He never cut open the ceiling where the leak was and pls note it was not a small one and was still looking wet when they came and went but it was so high up that I couldn't just touch it and see....the company charged me 200 USD for the visit and the problem apparently didn't exist.,...in all this my mistake was that I didn't climb up the ladder to investigate while they were still there. Later in the week I asked my husband to climb up the ladder and look/feel the leak one more time before i called someone to patch up the ceiling ( there was a small whole the size of a baby's palm from all the prodding) and Lo and behold, it was still wet...there was no way a seasoned plumber could have missed that....I was so frustrated. The senior plumber, while he was there, all the while kept discussing his parallel business as a contractor and why I should hire him to renovate the bathroom. After a couple of days I called another plumber to fix a gas line and also showed him the leak he immediately diagnosed the problem as a pin hole leak( it was extremely extremely small ) and charged me 275 to fix it. I logged a complaint with Laura of United Installers plumbing that their Technician's very not professional( for trying to upsell me bathroom reno) and lousy at what they did....she promised I will get my money back but she never sent me the check after repeated follow ups. Every time there was some excuse or the other.. I would request all future customers to be vary of the quality of technicians they send. Pls don't waste your money on these good for nothing plumbers. I was priced not on the job but for the appearance and size of my house. Should not be charged for smoke breaks during service - being charged $665 to cut, replace a metal pipe is ridiculous. They also had to empty the water heater but didn't have a water hose and had to use mine along with my buckets Wasted time making the correct decision and possibly took advice from owner who has no experience with plumbing - Suggest to everyone to get a second opinion and not use this company for small jobs

We picked a day last Friday evening to be exact and time but of course due to Atlanta traffic EJ was running slightly late BUT called me twice to let me know! EJ showed up we went over everything and I added quite a bit yet EJ had no problem including it and adjusting pricing (added more and still they came in cheaper) then another young man Mark showed up and they got busy! They worked efficiently, quickly and had a smile the whole time! The ONLY thing that didn't come out of our yucky carpet was the wear and tear lol! They did such a better job then zero rez and cintas (we've used both in the 10 years we've been here) because the stains came back with both of those companies....BUT not these guys! So impressed with our carpet and our flooring is so shiny looks like glass! These will be the ONLY people that we ever use! Try them you won't be sorry you did!
