The professionalism of the practitioners (known colloquially as Dr.'s J, D, and Q) is exemplary, as they explain the how's and why's of the effects of alignment on the body's health. The office itself is small, with the adjustment tables being separated from the waiting area (sporting the usual array of magazines for the adults, and a good-sized play area with plenty to keep even the most distracted child entertained) by a half wall and a fish tank. An automated system allows for a quick swipe with a key fob or card for check-in at both the front desk and the adjustment tables. They offer affordable care plans with different payment options, and, depending on which payment periodicity you choose, various discounts. I went in today feeling congested. They used various methods in my treatment and assigned exercises I should do outside of therapy. They were encouraging and very supportive. They have a genuine concern for the patient, ask questions and listen. Sara and Nichole are excellent therapists. The office staff was professional and very helpful in scheduling and rescheduling appointments. The office was clean and well maintained. I would definitely return to Regional Therapy Center at Washington Street, if I needed physical therapy. I highly recommend Sara and Nichole.

Very basic and simplistic treatment while displaying an indifferent attitude. I switched to the Saratoga Physical Therapy Center at 5 Care Lane and it was like night and day. The staff was professional and courteous and performed treatment on my ankle and Thigh muscles including ultra sound and a blood circulation machine to get the swelling down as well as performed strengthening excercises that were much more comprehensive than what I was given at 6 Care lane.

The owner, Jennifer, has done a wonderful job in making us loyal return clients. While I have never had a massage with Jen before, I have had one with Jessica (who sadly is no longer working there) and it has been nothing but stellar each and every time. I am looking forward to seeing the rest of the talent Welcome Relief has to offer now, however! When you walk in, the air smells like essential oils and bliss. While the business itself is small (I do know that they are planning on expanding or re-locating) it's a perfectly intimate fit for anyone. The decor is simple yet relaxing and the music really sets the tone for your massage. I do go to other places for different massages (mud-wraps, salt scrubs, etc), but Welcome Relief is the ONLY place I would recommend for excellence every time in basic and advanced technique massages.
