Most services would have just mounted the spare and been off. But Don did all this: drove back and forth to his shop to mount a new spare, moved around several tires to get the right balance, checked the air and lug nuts on all the tires (not just the spare), and on top of all that, said to call him if we had any further trouble. And when we did, he had a contact give us a call right away. The whole time, we had a great conversation and he made us feel less stressed and made us smile, which we sorely needed in a situation like that. As if all that wasn't enough, he also called us the day after to make sure we'd made it back OK. To tie it all together: Don makes this world a better place! I 100% recommend him and his business.
