The driver was confident, careful and precise in his instruction on what he needed. He was able to winch the truck out with out any issues. The wrecker driver has me sold on this company by his great attitude and knowledge of the job. Any time I need any type of road side assistance I know who I am going to call. After I called the owner, he absolutely denied under the driver seat and told me it's from "wear". He did have his guys replace the cup holder part but I really don't like that he denied the carpet. I understand they don't want to be liable but i wish he at least talked to the employees that worked in my truck or something. So if you're taking your vehicle to be detailed, be sure to take pictures of every part of your car before you go.

He told me it would only take a couple of hours but needed to order the part first, so I sent him money for the seals. Weeks went by with no updates. I repeatedly reached out and got no response. When I finally got ahold of him, he said he was away for Marine Reserve training which would have been understandable if he had communicated that upfront, since I was originally it shouldn't have taken that long to get it fixed. After that, it was constant excuses about delays with the seals. Eventually, he admitted he ordered from a sketchy website and lost the money. It wasn't just my money he lost. He lost other people's money for their parts. He said he would make it right and reorder the parts, and not make me pay for the services but communication continued to be inconsistent. I kept getting told the parts would arrive "that Friday," then "maybe Monday," with no follow-through. We agreed that if the parts didn't come in, I would meet him the following Friday to pick up my tractor part and he would refund me my part price. When I tried to pick up the part, he completely stopped responding. For two weeks, I called, texted, and messaged him on Facebook with no reply. At that point, I realized I might not get my part back at all. I even had other people reach out to him pretending to need work done and he responded to them immediately, which made it clear he was avoiding me. Thankfully, a friend was able to pick up the part! After more than two months, I finally got my tractor part back with no work done and I was never refunded for the seals. I hate having to write something like this, but I don't want anyone else going through the same situation. Mind you, I have all of the messages to prove it! Be careful
