After I got my truck back, the rear end started making noises and the driver side wheel was getting super hot. Took it back to them and it turns out that they overnighted the wheel bearing when they were reassembling it. They had to replace the hub assembly because the extreme heat damaged it. A while after getting my truck back, something snapped in the rear of the truck and it wouldn't move. Took it back and they said the carrier in the rearend broke. They assured me that it had nothing to do with the previous work they performed or had anything to do with the previous mistake they made with the over tightened bearing. Then they called and said it turns what had happed was the driver side axle(where that over tightened bearing was) snapped. Again, they said it had nothing to do with the previous work or mistake. When I went to pick my truck up, I asked again if the extreme heat from the over tightened bearing had anything to do with it and he said no. Then I asked for the old axle so I could have it looked at. He found part of the axle, but couldn't find the part that broke off. He looked around for a few minutes with no luck, then said he'd just text me when he found it. I told him it had to be around here somewhere and said I didn't mind waiting. After a while, it turned up. It looked to me that it broke off about where that over tightened bearing was. It had grease on it, so he put it in a plastic bag and took it out to my truck. I cleaned it off when I got home and it looks like it got hot at the break point cause it's a little discolored. The break point is also in the area where the hub assembly was damaged from the over tightened bearing. Maybe a coincidence, but it sure don't feel like it.

The back window was pried open with a screwdriver, which damaged the glass and the window frame. There was also a greasy footprint on the bed ledge, where they put their foot to jump out of the bed. Vehicle was inside shop, due to no wheel, so it didn't happen in the lot. The office employee called the technician up who stated " f#@*" him, he's just trying to get something for free. The owner came out of his office and said "get out of here". A bunch of inconsiderate, unprofessional, careless, bumbling idiots. Paid $1200 for a repair and they refused to even look at the damage their unskilled technician did. Careless!!

After I picked my truck up I noticed my power door locks weren't working. I investigated and found someone unplugged my power box and plugged it back in incorrectly bending prongs. That's the reason why my truck was left unlocked outside. Then I notice oily prints on my bedside that are clearly from a tech and pry marks all along my back glass I'm assuming they locked the keys in the truck and had to break in. Upon questioning them about this the tech in back said I was just another piece of shit trying to get something for free. It ran smoothly that way for 25 miles at which point the axle broke, leaving me without power to the wheels. A "field repair" was made in an attempt to get it back to Illinois but that only held up for 50 miles. This put me 35 miles from Axle Surgeon of OK on a Sunday afternoon. Called and spoke with Jerry, who would have someone meet me at the facility so AAA towed me there. Justin met me and we pushed the truck inside. He even took the time to pull the axle and we were able to verify that the "field repair" had not worked and the bearings had failed again. I had my wife following me so I transferred a few items and we headed home. In retrospect, had I known how fast these guys are, I would have grabbed a motel room, as I do believe I would have been on my way the next day. Jerry called with damages (both physical and monetary) on Monday and I gave them the go ahead. Repair costs, for what they did, was very reasonable. The repairs were done before noon on Tuesday.... but I didn't have a break in my schedule for a couple of weeks. They were very accommodating to my situation and when I did finally get down to pick up the truck, Jerry met me after hours on a Saturday so that I could get a start back for home. Axle performed flawlessly for the 800 mile return trip. Major shout out and recommendation to Jerry, Justin and the rest for being the ray of sunshine in a dark cloud.
