They kicked off the…read moreprocess with a very thorough overview of the process, clearly explained the process, and the painstaking steps they'd take to ensure that our home would be clean and undamaged throughout the process -- they put dropcloths and plastic over anything that could get paint or debris on it, and used a floor covering to protect our floors from any paint or foot traffic from the crew. All in all, it was above and beyond the sort of precautions I'd ever expect -- but obviously hugely appreciated! The work itself was done incredibly efficiently and with a very high level of craft. As part of the job, they painted our trim, doors and installed new baseboards and hardware. All of that work was done very quickly, and with a very high level of craftsmanship. We were so happy with the work, we hired them a few weeks later to tackle the exterior of our home, and the team was incredibly helpful in consulting on how to pick colors, how to approach the trim, gutters and front door. Again, the team was incredibly thoughtful about protecting our home during the process, and the crew was INCREDIBLY efficient. The entire exterior -- including initial prep and cleaning work -- only took 3 days from start to finish. We've been thrilled with Ibanez and have recommended them to many friends. They painted our picket fence in our front yard and did a great job and took care to prevent paint from getting on our vehicles, plants, or on the sidewalk. They ensured that the paint they used would withstand the weather and sun and so far it has held up great! Our interior jobs were great too. We asked them to paint a brand new addition to our house - walls, ceiling, door, windows, and crown molding. They primed, painted, and made the new room look amazing. At that rate, I should have been able to bring SMALL concerns to you and those be addressed- I am paying for a service. Not to pay for your people to feel good. I'm so sorry that you and your team are unable to take constructive criticism when your clients are paying for a service, but that is what your company is supposed to do. So again, please don't try to make your clients look bad because you and your company have fallen short. And I will take all the time I need to ensure other potential customers do not get treated with the disrespect you have shown. Also, enlisting your friends to speak about my home and bash me publicly is absolutely disgusting. You should know that speaking about your clients home to your friends is SO UNACCEPTABLE. And lastly, you provided me a credit once because your cleaning person did not show up for my service. Not because she missed something, so again please stop being such a dishonest business owner because I have the message for that day as well. I have been using this company for about 6-8 months now and I asked some simple questions regarding the cleaning supplies, mold in my shower, dust in areas and cob webs. And instead of discussing these issues the owner took it upon themselves to stop services without discussion. When I asked why she didn't have a discussion she just "wished me luck." So, if you want to pay more money to get less done and have to just be happy with the outcome this is the place for you. At $300 a month for only the lower level of my house I should be able to ask simple questions about cleaning without an unprofessional and terribly non client centered response of "we will stop services and good luck to you."
