If you want your roof left unfinished for 8 months, workers showing up to work only 1x in a week, (at 7am on a Saturday morning!), 4 foot pieces of plywood with nails sticking out tossed from the roof of a 3 story building into the public right-of-way below, and large trucks blocking your neighbors' garages in an alley plastered with "no parking" signs, this is the company for you! Let me clarify that I did not hire Lambert Roofing; my neighbor did. About a year ago. At that time, I was awoken at 7 am by loud noises, to find work had begun on the roof of the building across the alley from me. I asked how long they planned to be there, and one of the workers told me a week. 3 weeks later, no sign of them being even near finished. Perhaps because they showed up only sporadically, and often left after lunch. Lovely to think after a week of inactivity that the work must be done, and you can sleep in, only to be woken up at 7am on a Saturday when they finally decide to come back. I spoke with the neighbor after a month of this, and learned that she was never informed in advance when they would appear. Apparently they had other jobs at the same time, or their driver was sick /didn't show, so they couldn't come to the site. After about 2 months of this, it finally stopped. Until about a month ago. Yep, 7 or 8 months later, they reappeared, and seem to be doing the job they never did the first time. Two weeks ago, they were throwing big pieces of old roof into the alley/street below, "aiming" for the back of their truck. Pretty sure that's not safe! Apparently the city agrees. How do these people stay in business?? In fact, how are they able to maintain a license?? If you want to harass your neighbors, and have unfinished project for many, many months, Lambert Roofing would be perfect. If not, I suggest you avoid them, no matter how low their bid may be. It can't possibly be low enough to warrant hiring such a shoddy outfit. read more

This work began well, the representatives from Lambert Roofing were easy to deal with on the phone, punctual, and professional. When they came to remove the porch they were a little rough and caused some damage to the house frame and porch pieces (which were to be put back once the roof had been replaced), but nothing out of the ordinary. The roof work looked well done, and was priced similarly to other estimates. When the bill was completed, we were overbilled for a person who was not actually onsite. In addition, when the porch was put back together, multiple gaps were left where rotten wood was put back rather than replaced, which will now require removing the porch AGAIN to fix correctly. When this was shown to the Lambert Roofing rep, he explained the method that would be used to fix the roof, promised to correct the overbilling, and disappeared. It has been 4 months and numerous emails, and I can't get anyone to contact me or correct either issue. I have had to caulk the roof myself to prevent rain from rotting out the wood further while waiting for any response from Lambert Roofing. Lambert did a roof for our house in Groveland, MA. In short they cut out a large section of the roof and then didnt put it back correctly. Now there is a 10 foot by 10 foot x 2 inch deep pond in the center of the roof which he has not come back to fix and also left a lot of garbage behind which they promised to pick up and never did. read more

I had some shingles repaired and a chimney releaded and I had called them back once because pieces of brick and mortar was still on my roof below my chimney ,also my chimney is still leaking and have yet to hear from them Not gonna call them again ill have another company help me read more

Ive had to have them come out 3 times to cleanup nails and shingle pieces that were in my garden my backyard and in my bushes some even managed to get in my pool a good ways from my house im not pleased at all I wont have them work on my home again no matter the price read more
