Brand new roof installed..by a crew who really was not prepared to deal with a very complicated Victorian Roof..with many valleys and a square teritt..it leaked from day 1.. came back over a dozen times over the course of 4 months trying to fix..had to strip the entire valley to add a rubber roof under up 3 ft of valley.. it seemed to work..now 1 yr later another valley is leaking bad..and have plaster wall damage inside house....I don't feel confident that they are capable of this repair as it took the 6-7 attempts at the other one..I have contacted them..they were supposed to go up and look today..and didn't.. read more

March 2018 storms brought enormous pine boughs down through roof into living room. Rick from Talbot Roofing was able to come help set a tarp, to prevent further damage. He returned in the middle of another storm to replace the tarp when first one was broken. Later, the ceiling and wall in breezeway were also found to be compromised. Talbot Roofing handled complete reroofing of shingle roof and also the flat rubber roof over the breezeway and garage. Rick was professional, polite, and calm as I faced my first disaster as a home owner. Work was done on time, professionally, all crew members were courteous.
