The day before we checked since hadn't heard from anyone and had made arrangements for someone to be home between 8 and 12. Now online shows Aug2026 with NO DATE OR TIME LISTED. Called spoke to someone with their appointment dept. / secretary, who informed that the appt. was now Aug. 30th between 8 and 12. (mind you we paid in May2026) NO Calls to notify date change. We are STUCK with them until we can save up enough to pay to change companies since EVERYONE charges at minimum $1200 for new service contract. It is obvious JayRoy knows most can't afford to just change companies hence they have done nothing to fix there poor service tactics. (Terminex & Jay-Roy seem to work out of the Same location in Baton Rouge Although Rentokil now owns Jay-Roy without changing name) -- We would not recommend this company to anyone and are tired of the stress of annually having to pay in advance before they will even consider putting on their appointment calendar and then MONTHS later they finally get to you after repeated calls and inquiries of when service will be performed. (EVERY YEAR exact same frustration)

USELESS. They charged my 73 year old mother $5000 to remove rats from her house. 2 months later…read morethey have not caught a single rat. Meanwhile rats have destroyed drywall and ductwork. They said they would return every other day to check and re-bait traps but they have not, and now when she calls to complain they try to tell her that it's *her* fault that she still has rats. THEN they had the gall to take advantage of her kindness and tell her that if she left them a bad review they 'wouldn't get raises.' So this is her daughter leaving the bad review that she is too kind to write. DO NOT GIVE THESE FRAUDS YOUR MONEY.
