My fiance went inside to inquire, and was given the runaround, being told she "didn't need to buy anything", but the sales clerk would not give her the charm. He said he would wait for her to walk back to the cruise ship to get her credit card so she could buy something first. When we went back to confront the clerk, he said that "it's only free with a coupon", and directed me to the sign in the front window. He peeled a piece of tape off the words "With Coupon" and said "See, you need a coupon". As we went to leave he replaced the tape over the words. STAY AWAY!

They had some with "Alaska" engraved on them, but they are $20-$25 more per bead. The gentleman showed me 4 charms that I "could only get in Alaska" - 2 glass charms, a cruise ship and a crab. I opted for a glass charm without the engraving. I was in a hurry to get to my next scheduled activity so in my haste I signed the receipt, took my package and left. When I got back home from my vacation I found out two things - First, they mis-represtented the charms. There is no charm exclusive to Alaska, and the charged me the price for the engraved charm and NOT the plain charm.

He was very courteous & efficient. Reservations were prioritized over walk-ins, which it's supposed to be! Helmets are included. We rented 4 e-bikes, didn't know that they require at least learner's driving permit, but they worked with us. The timer for 2-hour rental started at the time we started riding after the quick instruction, but they don't fuss about the exact minute, which was nice. They gave us a map of suggested routes & clear instructions. The bikes are well maintained. E-bikes were so WORTH it ($49 per bike) made it more enjoyable going up extended mild hills. Helmets included, but optional for adults. This was one of the funnest activities we've done during our travels.
