I came here recently to get gel x for my nails. I had been here before for the same service and loved it. However, the owners seemed to have changed as I did not recognize any of the staff. The owner (older male) attempted to assist me with my service. I noticed he would pause and talk with another employee (his wife). I later figured out he was asking her how to apply gel x on nails. After 1.5 hours, my nails were looking very uneven. You could even see where my real nails and gel x nails were. I was never offered the nail color options they usually have on binder rings even though I asked numerous times for it. Without having the opportunity to pick a color, I just randomly guessed on which color I wanted for my nails. Eventually his wife took over and was very patient and kind with me. One thing I did not feel comfortable with was her applying a new set of gel x nails over the ones her husband had applied on the first time. I ended up asking her to stop and told her I was gonna go home from the amount of frustration I was feeling during my time there. I do not expect 100% perfection and flawless looking nails, but I do expect some satisfaction if I am paying a professional to do my nails. Now I have to wait for my nails to heal before I try getting gel x again. Unfortunately, I will not be returning here. Nails are incredibly brittle and weak, and nail beds have been cut open.

I got a pedicure and a fill-in with a design change, and as always, the experience was phenomenal! The owners never fail to impress me--they're the absolute best, and their team is just as incredible. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and happy with your nails. The attention to detail, the creativity with designs, and the overall vibe of the salon keep me coming back every time. Love it here! If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out--you must come here!

Not even 5 days from the job my natural nails are separated from the acrylic and one nail completely broken. See pictures. I went back to the salon today to have them fixed by the same tech that completed the initial Job. I was seated immediately and he seemed very nonchalant about my concerns. His idea of fixing my nails was to attempt to pop them off. He tried to pop off a fresh acrylic set instead of soaking. Needless to say the pain was unbearable. He never apologized and kept asking questions about my service before him (which was at the same salon). I felt as though I was an inconvenience. After his final attempt to stick a tip nail In between the acrylic and my natural nail. I jerked back in pain asked him to cut all my nails with clippers and left. I will not return. PS. I don't have a labor intensive career and I noticed my nails were splitting 2 days after the job when I went to wash my hair and my hair kept snagging in my nails. The hunt continues to find a solid nail tech in the metro area!

Great service. I really like this place! Reasonable prices and a complimentary drink. They are pretty fast, but don't cut corners to make sure your nails look good! It's very clean and they have good shows playing on the tvs!

*Updated* Wasn't thrilled with the polish job the first time. It looked like the polish wasn't applied with even coats to every layer. Same thing happened the second time, I saw the top coat while drying, it wasn't applied evenly, so the lines are still on the nails. Overall, good customer service, after this mishap. The shine of my nails is on point, the nail beds look sufficient. They did an ok job. Thankfully, now, I can enjoy my manicure and pedicure happily for the next week.

I called about walk in appointments and immediately was greeted kindly by the owner. He is very nice and so is the lady who did my pedicure. The atmosphere was quiet, relaxed, and very clean. They made sure to get me exactly what I wanted but still showing my suggestions on what would work best for my big toes. Will be coming again for their white wine and customer service. Ideal prices I did a $35 pedicure message and hot towels with gel for an extra $15.

Overall the staff was nice, my pedicure was perfect! But my I asked for tapered square ombre.. the shape was off and there was specks of trash in my nails. I had to go to work so I just went home and filed them to how I liked them. I asked the lady who was doing my nails to fix shape a bit, but didn't do much.

I absolutely found my new spot. After reading all the reviews about Mike, I set up an appointment with him to get my nails him and WOW did he live up to what I had read about him. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and committed. Mike made sure to get the nail designs and colors exactly the way I wanted them and took his time to find the perfect shade of gold to complement the pink and black on my other nails. He was also able to make my 2 broken nails look exactly like the other ones (I did gel polish on natural nails). Thank you Mike for such a great visit.

So I moved to the Peachtree corners area a few months ago and I had been looking for a new nail tech. I decided to try this salon because it's literally walking distance from where I live. I was so impressed with how clean and professional this salon is . I was so happy with the way my nails came out. Mike did an amazing job. I've received so many compliments on this set. love how close this nail salon is - - literally walking distance to where i stay so that's a plus. two cute massage chairs in the front & just an overall beautiful nail salon. FINALLY a nail salon with comfortable chairs while you get them done. the nail techs are really friendly, love that they're from michigan like me. i found my new salon. OH & they just opened a couple weeks ago, so you can enjoy 40% off services until march 10th. they do just as well and if not better than a lot of the other nail salons i frequent in buckhead. read more

Mike is the best! He does my acrylics every two weeks, and I have never had any complaints with his service. Lily has done my toes numerous times, as well as my boyfriends. We both loved the experience every time. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this nail salon over anyone I have been to in the area. Was having a rough day and work and saw the sign going into the office 40% off so I decided to skip lunch and get my nails done. Got there and the place was nice, clean and new... This was the best pedicure I have had in a very very long time. Duke was extremely detail oriented, fast without rushing and gave the most amazing foot massage. Super disappointed in my recent visit with you all . I come here all the time with my best friend . I was getting my nails done and I told the lady who was doing my nails before she begun that one of my nails was super short so to be careful because it hurt she was super rough with me the entire time before she began to put the acrylic on I tried to tell her that thail was on my skin and not my actual nail she snatched my hand back and told me no that's your nail I am the nail tech So I politely snatched my hand back and told her to stop because she was being so rude and hurting me I waited for Mike then was literally charged almost $30 to fix three nails after being talked to crazy won't be coming here again . There's more polish on my fingers and toes than on my nails. My nail beds are raw from him clipping them to get the dried gel polish off and it's still everywhere. Also I paid extra for the Volcano pedicure and did not receive all the services listed and she painted my toes as well. I will not be back. Terrible service. read more

Negative reviews is not my thing I was very dissatisfied with service I was provided. I work across the street and was excited of the convenience. I made a 6:15pm, barely got a hello, (wash your hands). I was told they are preparing the water, well I waited 35 for that water, they were probably making it. Then I sat in the water until it got cold. My pedicure was good. Then I had someone start to remove my acrylic and this was where it started to go down hill. She soaked me, filed like 7 times on each hand and then decided to use a nail to go under to assist with the removal. My nails were already short. She decided to keep cutting my nails so she can get the nail in until I left with numbs. I asked her stop doing that and she continued. Then while she was apply my gel polish I showed her that my pinkie was messed up and she said I know. Did not try to fix it. I told her 3 times. Then at clean up I showed her nail polish was on my skin, this lady decided to cut my skin off instead of wiping of the get. I've never seen anything like this. Never again. read more

I think Peachtree Corners/Norcross area has gained a great new nail spa after trying many ones with great disappointment. Lamer is such a great salon with high quality polishes. I've had Mike and Christy both do my nails and toes, and were very happy with the outcome. Prices are on base with other local salons but their work is much better. It is a very clean salon with great people who enjoy chatting if that is your thing. They are currently following all CDC rules with Covid and make you feel very comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for a great salon in the area. read more

I went here for the first time and absolutely loved it. However after two days my nail broke so i returned to get it fixed. However the man that fixed them did the design completely different from the first set and didn't even match it to my other designs. It was only a simple flower but he did it messy and sloppy. I asked him to fix it and showed him the reference photo but he made it worse so i gave up and paid and left. you can see the flowers on my middle finger (messy and ugly) are his and don't match the flower on my ring finger. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!! when I called for a pedicure with a French tip I was told it was 45$ on the phone and when I arrived it was apparently 46$. I told them I wanted a pedicure and another man yelled at me to go wash my hands I had never been to the establishment so I didn't know where it was. A costumer who was leaving told me the man was extremely rude and it was Also her first time and he did the same thing to her and she would not be returning and directed me towards the restroom to go wash my hands even though I was getting a pedicure. When it was time for my pedicure I showed the guy doing my feet 3 different pictures of the style I wanted he had to fix it 4 times and constantly kept filing and he began to get frustrated he was so upset he aggressively snatched the divider between my toes off. He filed my nail so hard that he filed my skin and it was so PAINFUL I felt like it was on purpose.I told him it hurt and he said "it's okay it's not bleeding" even though it wasn't bleeding it was clear that my toe had been cut and it stung. He never said sorry to me and didn't even offer a discount. He had the audacity to asked me if I wanted my nails done and I politely told him no thank you. If I could I wouldn't have tipped him at all but Thts not the type of person I am. read more

They seemed more interested in making a buck than anything else. It felt rushed and my toenails were cut crooked. I had to reshape them when I got home. There was a large group that came in after my daughter and I were seated for our pedicures. It felt like they rushed us to fit in the large group before they closed for the day. The woman didn't speak to us hardly at all; never looked up at us either except to repeat what I couldn't hear her ask. She also rubbed my big toe with the foam flip flops trying to put them on and said "oh, it's okay" and told me it didn't do anything to my polish. Well, it did. I noticed it while I was sitting in the waiting area without any fans or quick dry spray or UV lights to help the drying process. At that point though I was just ready to leave. read more

I walked in on Saturday and I believe Lilly (the owner) took care of me. Very sweet lady and she also gave me one of the best pedicures I've ever had. She also did a gel manicure on me and did an excellent job. I love that their place is super nice and clean and Lilly was very friendly and patient with me. She never made me feel rushed. I live out of state and was only visiting but I will plan to come back here next time I'm in town! read more

First off this place is super clean and beautiful inside! They politely asked that I sanitize my hands before we started which I REALLY APPRECIATE! Mike did my ombré full set and I love them! He's a pro and handled me being very specific so well. I can tell he has lots of experience. I also got a great pedicure while i was there which was also awesome. I have went to this nail salon three times this week because my nail polish keeps peeling off. I scheduled my first appointment here and they had me waiting 40 minutes. When I went back for the third time, they had me waiting 35 minutes just to fix TWO nails bc the polish came off.. I have never had this problem anywhere else ... I'm most definitely never going back here again. read more

This was my second and last time going here. My nails looked awful after going back the next day for them to fix what they had already messed up! After leaving I ended up at another nail shop for them to fix what Lamer Nails had done and I had spend more money.... The acrylic was soooo thick and lumpy it even covered my natural nails underneath. My original nail shape was coffin but after my fill in they were square. The design i showed them looked nothing like what i received. Very disappointed read more

Fantastic service. I came in last minute close to closing and they did a great job giving me my very first mani-pedi :) The price was higher than I expected because I have never gotten this before so be prepared. Honestly it was worth it because it was so relaxing, everyone was very friendly and welcoming and made me feel super comfortable. Kudos to the lady who did my feet because I am extremely ticklish and hardly even flinched. Both people who were working on my hands and feet were extremely gentle and nothing hurt at all (for some reason I was expecting it to). I left feeling super relaxed and refreshed. Really enjoyed my first time experience at this shop...decor is beautiful very clean and they are practicing Covid19 procedures for keeping their customers safe....Mike and Lilly are the owners very nice people....I am very particular/specific about how I like both my nails and feet done, Mike did a great job on my nails, shaping them as I wanted and Lilly gave me a great pedicure and used lavender paraffin wax which was nice because I never had lavender before.... this nail shop is brand new and I will definitely be back to support them....if you are looking for a great nail shop, I highly recommend Lamer Nails! read more

Definitely enjoyed the service here. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and put in a chair. All I wanted was a fill in so mike ended up doing it for me. Another reason why my review is not five stars is that there was no shoulder massage as advertised in the CBD manicure listing online. For that particular one, it says it's included but it wasn't. I didn't want to bring it up as I already felt bad about asking for the callus treatment I prepaid for, so I just let it slide. The place is clean and workers are nice enough. I would probably come back here. I have an ingrown toenail, but they were gentle so I appreciate that. I definitely recommend the CBD treatments on your feet and hands. It was very soothing. It is my second time here I can say try and not bring in your kids unless they are very well behaved. There is a wait but they have a comfy message chair by the door you can use in the mean time. Mike can come off as rude but I wouldn't take it personal this is a business and a very demanding one. You have to understand that your plans is not their problem they do good work in under 2 hours. The salon is clean and I will be back because of Christy she shaped my nails so perfectly and symmetrical. If you plan on coming free up the rest of the day wait time can be longer than expected. My previous set lasted maybe 2-3 weeks but the sets I get at Flower Nails last over a month with very little wear and tear. Nail growth and thinner areas like the nail bed wear down before the actual SNS does. My broken nail has now healed and grown out and I've yet to have any issues. My only guess is that maybe the previous commenter came when the son was running the shop. He's an older teen-young adult and may not be able to do the services you need yet in the demand of time you want. This is a family owned salon with a husband and wife who do just fine by themselves.
