I have been to this salon a couple times already and overall have been satisfied with the service. They send you a 10 percent off coupon around your birthday to redeem on various services, so I did use that last year also. So far I've had Lily and Van for sure. I might have had Holly once but not entirely sure on that one. The first appointment I booked online, and the second I believed I just called to see if they had an opening and they did. If you book online you will be asked to reserve with a credit or debit card and it says they will charge $25 for canceled appointments under 24 hours notice, so keep that in mind. I've gotten the CBD manicure and pedicure before as well as the herbal pedicure. The loss of a star comes from having to ask them for callus treatment when I had already booked and paid for it ahead of time, and then additionally having to tell them to finish off on the callus as their was still a lot of roughness. I tried not to make a big deal of it at all, but I did want to make sure I was getting what I paid for of course. They were nice about everything. Another reason why my review is not five stars is that there was no shoulder massage as advertised in the CBD manicure listing online. For that particular one, it says it's included but it wasn't. I didn't want to bring it up as I already felt bad about asking for the callus treatment I prepaid for, so I just let it slide. The place is clean and workers are nice enough. I would probably come back here. I have an ingrown toenail, but they were gentle so I appreciate that. I definitely recommend the CBD treatments on your feet and hands. It was very soothing. You can get a similar scrub at Walmart, but if you're already getting pampered, you might as well. Overall, a good, relaxing experience with similar prices to competitors. read more

Booked an appointment and they took me on time which was a great beginning. Lily did my gel manicure which was done well , but pricey for the area a $40. It was just a simple gel on short nails, no removal or anything. No cuticles, nothing. A good job though. An elder lady called Vy did my basic pedi with callus treatment added on. She was really very sweet, gentle and very good. Overall very happy, just felt a little uncomfortable about the gel manicure pricing. Not sure I'll go back for that reason. read more

Saw Holly today for my nails and I loved how open, patient, and fun she was to work with! I was a complicated customer, asking for "guitar nails" of different lengths and up until she was ready to apply the gel, I really wasn't sure what color(s) I wanted. They had great options like flourescents, glow-in-the-dark, cat-eye, ombre, and they can roll with whatever you desire! She applied everything with great precision. What a great experience! I came here in need of an emergency fix for my nails ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday and a wedding weekend. I arrived pretty late, around 6:20 (they close at 7), but the owners were very warm and welcoming, and they tended to me right away. I had previously visited a different salon 1.5 weeks ago and gotten two nail infections from the manicurist over-trimming my cuticles. Both fingers were in bad shape with lots of dead skin, and I expressed these concerns to the owner. She took great care in working around my hands and even gave me some lessons and advice on what to request and watch out for from manicurists in the future to avoid this situation! They took so much time with my gel manicure - my personalized treatment lasted over an hour! I just moved to the area so I am looking for a new nail salon, I tried BayB and I have to say I'm disappointed. The service was fine and everything but I've been getting SNS for years and this is the first time that this has happened to me, the nails started CHIPPING after only a WEEK... that's crazy... I've never experience that with any other salon so I definitely won't be back. SNS has never chipped on me and it would usually last weeks until I decide to change the color and get it removed so I'm very disappointed. read more

I was looking for a place for regular nail service in the area as I lost my longtime nail tech. I've been getting SNS for over 7 months now and my nails have grown beautifully. I went here after having a terrible experience at another place. Holly was nice, but the service she provided was not what I asked for. I asked for ombre SNS and she proceeded to give me colored acrylic which is a cheaper product. She charged me that premium price though. I said to her repeatedly that the product which read "colored acrylic" is not what I asked for. She continued to try to convince me that this product is sns. While the work she did was better than the last place, it is still not good. I gave 2 stars because Holly took her time and was attentive. The pedicure tech was as well, however the work has much to be desired. My toe nails were cut too short, and my right big toe is super crooked which I'm a little miffed about, but I will get over it. What I will not get over is being charged a premium price point for a lesser product. Don't play on my intelligence. I might not be dissatisfied if the work was at least good, but I was also overcharged. I will not return and I would not reccomend to anyone else either. read more
