Went in for only a gel polish on my toes (no pedicure , no water, no soaking any old polish off) & even decided to add chrome on top ! Unfortunate the salon was disorganized and looked messy. They also decided to have a soap opera playing loudly so the short time it took to paint my toes was far from relaxing . When it was time to pay my total came out to $40. I asked for a price breakdown and gel polish was $25 and chrome was $15 (normal) . They told me gel polish is usually only $15 but because I didn't get any other service they added $10 . I just left I've been there for 2 1/2 hours and the guy doing my nails literally wouldn't listen to me. i told him one of my nails was crooked as soon as he put on the acrylic and he ignored me. When he put the gel top coat on i complained again and he shaved it down a bit and it was still crooked. When i picked out a color he said no and picked a different one for me. It turned out to be a really cute color but it's very translucent and looks uneven. then as soon as he was almost done i started complaining again about my nails because there was a black hair on it. I asked if he could redo it and instead he just put another coat on. I asked him again if he could redo it and he did. In town for a party and was in need of a pedicure and fresh waxing. When I walked in it was evident that this place was in high demand. I kinda appreciated that there was a wait because there were literally ten other nail salons I could have chosen in a three mile radius. I settled into my seat, while making sure I didn't lose my place 'in line'. After about twenty five minutes it was my turn. My technician was very thorough and ensured that her service was up to my standard. My toes came out beautifully. My eyebrow waxing was performed in the same chair which was new to me. I've tried this place twice as a walk-in. First time was a Friday night about an hour before close. The owner's grandson asked me for help with his math homework and I basically tutored him for free for about an hour and a half. My nails weren't done properly and I had to get them fixed somewhere else. I'm here this Thursday morning. I got here about 20 minutes after they opened. Just needed a basic acrylic fill-in. She started picking at them and removing entire overlays. She didn't ask about the length of anything. I let her know what shape I wanted twice. She never even did it. She basically rushed through me to start working on someone else. My nails have never looked this bad. They're so thick and not the right shape. Disgusted with this. read more

I've been going here on & off for a few years and I always see Rose. For whatever reason the polish/top coat she used this time wasn't only dirty looking & changing colors, but it was also peeling by the next day. I attempted to go back the next day but they were closed so I went in the following day... Less than 48 hours after I seen her. I got a polish change that took 10 minutes; no design, nothing special, just plain white polish. Mind you, the only reason I changed it less than 48 hours after getting them done was because their polish was bad. They still had the nerve to charge me $21! In less than two days I have spent almost $80 for a fill. I've never had this issue before, but it definitely has rubbed me the wrong way that they don't stand by their work. Needed a nail shop close to work versus close to home. Checked out the Yelp reviews and I thought I would give this place a try. Walked in and was immediately greeted by an older lady followed with an older guy who brought me water. Impressed because this has never happened at any nail shop I've been to. There was no wait for someone to start my pedicure. Annie was her name. She was very good and detail oriented. Someone else did my manicure but I didn't catch her name. She was great too. I had to wait a bit for someone to become available to do a repair. I believe the person forgot which made my wait time lengthy. I wasn't bothered though since I was there with a friend and was entertained. The staff was also hilarious as well. They joked and kept a great flow going. I will definitely return. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I was waiting for the repair. I was pleased in all other aspects. read more

I walked in today & it was pretty empty...Rose has been doing my nails for a while but she's ALWAYS busy or setting appointments and is usually too busy to honor the appointment time,so I asked LIZ the owner if she could do my nails and she told me NO! Got a pedicure and my daughter got a gel manicure . Both looked awesome .!!! OPI polish was used on my toes not some old overused product .. Both employees were awesome and SUPER friendly !!! The lady who did my pedicure took her time and the leg massage was awesome !!! The inside was clean and cute .. Always something good to see ! I went into the salon yesterday as someone recommended the place. Just needed to relax and get my nails done. The pedicure service was nice but then I was switched to an older woman to do my nails. She was rude and and found it necessary to explain the difference between people and insects. Apparently since I was not in a talkative mood she was referring to me as an insect which had no means to communicate. I shook off her first comment but when I got up to wash my hands per her direction she spoke in her language and then said "insect," referring to me. I confronted her and of course she denied it. Needless to say I will not be going here again not recommend it. The woman did amateur work and could not do a simple design. It's a shame one person can ruin an entire experience. Terrible experience. Called ahead and asked if can fit 6 people. They said yes. When we arrived, they lied because clearly they did not have enough staff or room. They didn't even get the service we wanted right. I said 4 mani pedis and 2 manis. Instead got just 1 mani-pedi. 3 pedis and 2 manis. It was taking entirely too long. I watched my niece start before me on her pedicure 15-20 mins before and I got done at the same time. She even told the nail tech she wanted mani and she never got it and she was over it after it took her forever just to paint her tiny toe nails. I didn't even want a mani anymore bc it was gonna take too long. My other niece got no service at all for an hour and I watched another nail lady start on lady that walked in the door 45 mins after us for just a color change. Horrible service! I heard about the 30$ mani and pedi and decided to come. Nice set up, but I received a fill in and one nail repair for 37$. Two nails broke within two(2) days, and a other in a week. Went back and explained and they said they would fix. Waited a hour and a half and when the guy came he took off all my nails and said it'll be 60$. I told them last time I was charged 37$. They went back and fourth with me for 15 minutes until I finally showed them I was charged 37$ through my bank app. Clear as day he said I was charged 47$ and it was a 37$ charge on my screen. I still had four nails on my other hand because he came in just start popping them off. When I said I wasn't going to pay that much he started to put his equipment away with me still having on the four nails. He could've popped the rest of them off the same way he did the others WITHOUT ME SAYING TO. Not coming back ever again. Nails coming off in two days, and all that confusion about what I paid last time with proof was not worth it! Worst experience of my whole life. read more
