The staff has excellent design sense and is very helpful. When a special order piece arrived and didn't make the turn up my stairs, they made it work for me without trying to be difficult. Be forewarned that almost all furniture (from anywhere, not just from DZN) is delayed due to supply chain issues. Buy something off of the floor in the store if you can!

He answered many questions, gave us all the information we were looking for and more. He allowed us to take stain samples on wood tiles to our design center to match our future floor stain. He was wonderful to work with! We are told our furniture would be ready in 10-12 weeks and they will safely store it there for us if our house isn't yet finished. This is the 2nd time I used Greystone for chair repairs. The first was a ladder chair broken at…read morethe top center. When I got it back, it looked like they had used tinted hot glue to piece it together. It was old but not an antique and I assumed it was the best that could be done. I recently brought in a new white chair that had a back leg broken (teen boys!) When I went to pick it up, the woman at the desk commented on how clean it was and they don't usually get chairs that clean. When I got it home, I noticed dirty fingerprints all over it. As I was trying to clean it, I realized it also had a red dusting all over it. I believe they must have taken it to their shop, and let it sit there uncovered while the sanded other pieces of furniture. While the repair of the leg is solid, not protecting the furniture from dirt in their shop is unacceptable. It still looks dingy compared to the other chairs, very disappointed.
