We have used Jeff Lynch multiple times and each experience has been excellent. The latest encounter was recently 5/26/26. Our refrigerator basically died. We went immediately to Jeff Lynch and sales person Jonathan Smith helped us to chose a refrigerator and schedule it's delivery for the next day. By the way, he's beyond amazing in his knowledge and friendliness. We always use him. The following day Jorge and Justin arrived early, calling beforehand to confirm delivery, and after arrival quickly removed the old refrigerator and installed the new one. They demonstrated how to use the new unit and gave us a number to call if we had any problems. We trust Jeff Lynch and Jonathan so much that in the past we ordered a new washer and dryer without even going to the store and were very pleased with his selection. We invested a lot of money with upgraded home appliances, rugs and furniture at Jeff Lynch. When you make purchases at a business you expect them to provide you with quality products, especially when you pay many thousand dollars worth. I politely and patiently dealt with employees trying to simply replace the crap they sold us or to give us a refund. I would have been happy, I would have purchased something else from their store. Instead they had a contractor come to my home and attempt to fix this ugly, broken sectional. The frame was bent, the cushions were not adequately stuffed, the bottom of the couch was uneven, the sections with the cup inserts were obviously not aligned with the rest of the couch. Instead of doing the right thing, they sent out a contractor seven times to "fix" a sectional that we paid several thousand dollars for - seven times! We had to eventually throw out the two pieces that had the cup holders. This process lasted about a full year! Bottom line, Jeff Lynch will not stand behind the products they sell. read more

We contracted Jeff Lynch to provide high‑end appliances for our Seneca home, and unfortunately we encountered two issues with one of their "top‑selling" sales representatives. The first involved an attempted upsell on an ice maker. Our builder's specifications clearly called for a gravity‑drain model, yet the salesman pushed a pump‑drain system instead. The second--and more significant--issue arose when a concern surfaced at delivery. I had believed the Wolf coffee system included a water line, and only upon installation did I learn it does not. A customer‑focused response, especially after a $52,000 purchase, would have been to acknowledge the concern and explore solutions. Something as simple as, "I understand the Wolf unit doesn't have the feature you expected--let me look into alternatives," would have gone a long way. Instead, the conversation became a lengthy defense of how Jeff Lynch had not made any mistakes. He reviewed emails and documentation at length, but at no point did he pause to listen or consider what accommodations might be available for a customer who had just made a substantial investment. I was simply told I could reach out later if I wanted to discuss options. read more

We had a fantastic experience with Justin and Drew delivering our fridge. We were the last delivery of the day and they were kind and professional even though they ended up arriving around 10pm. They were quick, professional and polite! My only qualm is that Jeff Lynch gave them such a crazy route that they most likely didnt get back to the shop until almost midnight. Fantastic experience with Justin and Drew, but Jeff Lynch needs to do better taking care of their employees and not forcing them to deliver into the night due to overbooking their route throughout the day. read more

I am so disappointed in Jeff Lynch. I have always received excellent service and I love their store. But this current situation has made me question them. I purchased a sofa and love seat and it was delivered in May. Less than 2 weeks into owning the fabric started pilling and the center back cushion started sagging. Grossly sagging. I tried contacting the salesperson she was off. Spoke to another and was told "Oh. That fabric ALWAYS pills and has to be shaved." WHaT! "We will have someone come look at it. May need more cushioning added." I am sorry but this is NEW. I have been receiving the same run around since. My sofa looks like it's been in the junk shop. I have spoken to several ones. And still no resolution. No one has come to replace or repair or shave. I have asked for a store credit. Return. Replacement. No. They still want to shave it and restuff it. One asked me if I had a blanket on it. They were so nice when I was buying it but now that there is a problem no one returns calls. Follows through. Repairs...nothing. I'm contacting the BBB tomorrow. They have a return policy. And a lemon policy. I wish I could post the pictures here. I'll never do business with them again or refer them. Just purchased a Bosch refrigerator, after our GE died after a decade at least. Had very "sensitive' dimensional criteria and Micha Barnes was able to very quickly assess, advise, and arrange for purchase and expedited delivery (BTW, backchecked the price against big-boxes and national on-line sources and found that we got the best price available). Had it delivered this morning and in about 45 minutes total, Kevin & Rick had removed our old machine, installed the new one, and had cleaned up after themselves, taking special care due to rain and our hardwoods.
