A full restaurant meant the chef's probably weren't on their best game and were just trying to mass produce the set menu items. They missed out crab as well which we forgot about because there was already too much food. The boss was nice enough to come over himself to apologise and ask us if we wanted them to cook it to take it home with us or he'd take off the $70 from our bill. OVERALL Disappointed that day but I'll be back on another Monday night when the chef's can pay more attention to my food.

We started with the Black Rice, Red Bean, with Taro & Coconut Milk $5.50 and the Steamed Egg Custard $4.50, as they worked on the Peanut Glutinous Rice Balls (6) in Ginger Soup $5. The dessert soup was nice, though the black rice a bit scant. The steamed egg was warming but lacking in smoothness, perhaps due to a bit of overcooking. Their rice balls were tasty and worth the wait. 3.5 stars.

On one occasion we had one of our servers take the food back to the kitchen before she served it to us in order to reheat it. No shame, food gets cold - it's called science.
