I placed an order for an arrangement of flowers for my neighbor's memorial. The flowers were supposed to be delivered to the memorial locally, but were delivered to my home. They said no one was expecting flowers so they delivered them back to me. The memorial is at 1pm. When I looked at the flowers to my surprise it was not at all what I expected. I now have to go spend additional on flowers (on top of the $100) just to salvage this. I am so disappointed that they would deliver this to a friends memorial. This not a professional service nor worth $100. In the pictures you will see three sunflowers, it was supposed to have way more. The personal note I had requested to go along with the flowers wasnt what I had asked.
