Found this small local florist during a Yelp search for a corsage for my son's winter formal. I have lived in Escondido for 15 years and have never seen or heard of this florist. I'm so happy I tried them and will be a new customer. I emailed over a picture of the corsage that I wanted, and they replicated it perfectly. The cost was very reasonable, and the employees were all very nice. Would highly recommend this small local florist! Thank you Carousel of Flowers.

I have received floral arrangements from this shop for years now. I was sent flowers on Mothers day, 5/12/24. No one knocked or rang my door bell for delivery. This place is amazing. My daughter bought flowers for my wife for her birthday. They came in this giant vase with ice cold water and were simply amazing. They have to be 3 feet tall. The ladies at carousel flowers did an outstanding job! Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place! They did an amazing job for the prom corsage & boutonnière. The magnet on the boutonnière worked so well and he actually made it home with it! If you are looking for an event in the future.. look no further. Go on a weekend during prom season and they have plenty to look at and they will give you ribbons and details that you can add. It wasn't even that expensive.. I can't remember now but it was under $100 dollars.

So happy I found Sue at this flower shop! I inquired and immediately purchase a flower pin and cake topper for my wedding. I showed her a picture of the flower I wanted and she create something beyond my expectations. It's been a week since my wedding and the cake topper is still as stunning as when I picked it up. My drunk husband even lost his flower pin the night of and we found it on car door the next morning beautifully untouched. I really like that the flower pin had a magnet option to stay on the clothing.

First time using this local florist for Mother's Day and I could not be happier. After ordering, I was emailed a detailed receipt. I also wrote a longer message and they were able to include it in the delivery card. Most important, the flowers were so beautiful. I ordered the arrangement titled, A Mother's Love. I upgraded to deluxe and there were a lot of flowers and little filler, which is what I wanted. They were fresh, full, beautiful mix of colors in shades of pink/light purple, with six different types of flowers. Once delivered, I got a confirmation and a photo of the arrangement. It was arranged exactly like the photo on the website. The recipient loved them. Great product and on-time delivery for the money spent. Great value for sure. I will use this local florist again, rather than the bigger name brands. I want to do my part to support small businesses. read more

This is my go-to place for flowers and now balloons for my parents. They always provide excellent service. My mom has been very happy with the floral arrangements. I live in Illinois and it's wonderful to be able to call and have a beautiful arrangement sent the same day. Very helpful on the phone in helping me select something. Today, I needed something for my dad's birthday. They were so helpful and delivered a balloon and candy within an hour of me calling! I'm lucky they are very close to where my parents live too. read more

I recently had my sister's celebration of life. You can imagine the stress and millions of things that need to be done. Found this florist by curiosity. Best choice I made. They treated me with such love and respect. Helped me to make some choices (after asking a ton). One of the last statements I remember hearing after I walked..."Don't worry, we will make them beautiful and special." And that they did. Actually, they put in so much care, time, and attention...the arrangements were gorgeous. Everyone commented and loved them. Friends from out of town had flowers sent to me from Carousel of Flowers. When I sent my friends a pic they were so happy to see that the arrangement was even more beautiful than they expected. It was a gorgeous and fragrant array of white roses, white chrysanthemums, lavender lilies, white and lavender snap dragons in a lovely vintage-looking container. I love the English garden-y appearance as I'm not a fan of everything being manicured and symmetrical. I will be using this florist next time I order flowers! read more

I was looking for a local florist to make a corsage and boutonniere for prom. I called Carousel of Flowers based on positive reviews here on Yelp. I am so glad that I called because Sue, the owner, was incredibly helpful and kind. I described what my daughter was looking for and sent a photo of her prom dress to Sue. Sue created the perfect corsage and boutonniere for my daughter and her date; from the most exquisite roses, ribbon and gorgeous greenery. She even added some discreet small gemstones that made them look even more beautiful. The presentation was beyond anything that I expected. They even presented the corsage and boutonniere resting on a bed of rose petals. Incredible! I can't recommend this local store or Sue more. She has an incredible eye for design and what looks good. My daughter has never loved a corsage as much as this one. If you are looking for a local store that truly cares about their customers and craft, call Carousel of Flowers. You won't regret it! Pricing is also very reasonable. read more

They look beautiful from afar but LITERALLY every single Rose is damaged... IT LOOKS LIKE, I LITERALLY GOT THE LAST OLD DAMAGED FLOWERS.... from whatever LEFTOVERS they had.... this thing was literally 96.96 dollars... and are they kidding me... for this??? I needed to place an order for a funeral arrangement for the service for my recently deceased aunt. First, I went to carousel of flowers' website and found a few arrangements that I was interested in. I called and Lynn took care of me. I told her about a few tweaks that I wanted to the bouquet, and also an size upgrade. I have never ordered a funeral arrangement before, and she made it very easy and took all of the information down that would be needed to make the delivery in time for the service. This is my 2nd time buying a beautiful bouquet from Carousel of Flowers and it definitely won't be my last! I accidentally put in the wrong street address for my flower delivery (yeah I know!) but didn't realize it until the flowers were already delivered to the incorrect address. I panicked and figured there was not much I could do. But after contacting Carousel of Flowers, they let me know they had noticed it was the wrong address and took it upon themselves to call the recipient to get the right address! I'm so grateful they did that and delivered the flowers to the correct location. Plus, the bouquet was absolutely stunning and my mother-in-law loved them! Flowers delivered on time but not very impressed for nearly $80 I expected a bigger arrangement with more flowers. Flowers look fresh just not many for the price. It does however look like the picture I just thought by "upgrading" they would have been more even nicer flowers. I have gotten more for my money elsewhere. 7 roses some lilies and carnations but I can't see where it's been upgraded. read more

Lynn was very helpful! My sister asked me at the last minute to get her bouquet for her small wedding ceremony. I stay down towards Vista, CA sometimes but my sister's wedding was all the way up La Brea, CA. I was able to find this cute shop in Escondido near me. Lynn was quick to respond to me, I sent her the pictures my sister liked for the bouquet and Lynn was able to make a beautiful bouquet almost replicate the exact one for my sister. So amazing! My wedding was the day before Mother's Day. I was worried about getting quality flowers. I had a specific bouquet in mind which I sent a picture of to Carousel of Flowers. They nailed it! This was not indicated at all during the order process so was very off putting to hear day of for a Mother's Day arrangement. I am currently out of state for work and an unknown number was calling my cellphone, it was the delivery driver from a trusted florist that was sublet to take care of my order. The driver was going to deliver to the wrong address even though she read the proper address back to me over the phone. I spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone walking her through finding the location of our home and verified delivery via camera and doorbell. When you're paying a premium price to have something done properly and this is the outcome, it was extremely disappointing. I will not be using four seasons flowers for any special occasion again, big let down on many levels. 5-10-2026: To the owner of the shop that just replied back to my review. I am not sure how much more clear I can make this to you, the CORRECT address was provided and everything was filled out appropriately on my end, I am not understanding why you are harping on the fact that this was an online order, if your operation doesn't have the capacity to accommodate this then don't offer it as a service. There is absolutely NO difference in placing an order in person, over the phone and or online. The "trusted" florist you decided to pawn this order off on still attempted to deliver to the WRONG address. Nothing about this was as a success and I cannot believe you have the audacity in a public platform to try and deflect the way that you are. I spent 10-15 minutes on the phone with an elderly delivery driver explaining to her very kindly, that wherever she was going was not the correct address, I am struggling to understand what about this are you not understanding? I am absolutely flabbergasted that instead of reaching back out in attempt to correct the issues, especially in a review, this is your stance. Your address is irrelevant when you're listed as one of the top rated florists in San Diego, if you didn't know, Chula Vista is 100% part of the city. Adding photos for context, maybe you want to rethink your "trusted" partnership approach. Pretty ridiculous again your take on things. Will NEVER be using your shop again and will be sure to spread the word to friends and family to steer clear of your establishment! Very funny that the florist is claiming this is the first email they received, my first communication to them was not the one they decided to include in their review, don't believe everything you read. The owner is incredibly defensive and does all that she can to deflect and spin any negative review to benefit her operation. Go and check yelp and google and get a kick out of it if you have time. The only thing good that came of this after airing things out publicly was a refund.

And April was SO kind and pleasant and accommodating in the midst of what had to be a busy day for her. So I called yesterday and asked if I could have flowers delivered today for Mother's Day and they said yes! I didn't know what I wanted and the only info I gave her was that mom's favorite color is green. I was a little skeptical and nervous what they would put together. However, I could not be more satisfied with what she received! They delivered her flowers early in the day even though I had placed a late order! This bouquet is the most beautiful thing I have seen in my life!! The mix of colors is amazing...mom says it smells fabulous and she is so extremely happy with them!!! The picture does it no justice! This little shop has surpassed all expectations and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. I called Carousel of Flowers VERY last minute on Friday wondering if they could make my daughter a wrist corsage for Homecoming, her date cancled on her last minute I felt so bad so I bought her flowers from me. All of my family lives in the Escondido area and thankfully I found this flower shop. All I have to do is call and I am able to get whatever I need from the friendly staff at this location. I am confident when I order here, the flowers will be fresh and beautiful! I have called those 1-800 numbers for deals you hear on the radio, but never had good luck.
