Select Door completely washed their hands because they said Hoelscher does not provide any warranty. Hoelscher should be ashamed of themselves selling these obviously defective doors! And Select Door for recommending them. Needless to say, we were very dissapointed with both company's and their customer service and lack of trying to help us resolve this issue. Lesson learned, should have just gone with Home Depot or Lowes where they have decent warranties.O

The neatest difference between them and other places is that they are fabricators as well as natural stone providers so you get an upfront price including install the second you pick out your slab. Within 5 minutes they had located replacement parts for my unit. Had them ordered and waiting for me in 3 days. Since then they have grown exponentially into huge company. Full city block now. But every time I go in it's still trained friendly staff helping you. And 95% of the time now they have your parts in stock. All companies should be operating this way. Call or drop into Mark's.
