Rachel (big smile, long blonde hair!) and Natalie were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making it easy to find exactly what we needed. What stood out most was how they treated my friend's two young kids--so patient and kind, never making us feel rushed. The staff on the floor is always busy merchandising, but they will stop to help if you ask. The lines can get crazy, but they call in all the cashiers and usually get through the rush in a reasonable amount of time (not during the holidays, when it's naturally a little busier). The cashiers are friendly and efficient and this is one of my favorite place to shop for home decor and other things that I don't need. ;)

Each section is run by different resellers in the store so there is an incredibly broad selection of vintage and specialty items to choose from. The pricing varies according to which section you're in but the market prices were genuinely unbeatable and I still found a darling silver skull bracelet for $12 at the main store that I nearly missed among so many little pieces. The dealer has it buried and she says at the front desk when they call her that it's sold, but it's been there for four years. Who does this???? I mean literally who puts something in their antique booth and then never sells it. It's not a display piece. It's a freakin end table. Crazy people. Anyway. The place must resonate with people in Fort Worth because like I said it's always busy. But I think it's location helps because you can see it from the highway and people driving through Fort Worth on 30 are bound to stop to check it out.
