Rachel (big smile, long blonde hair!) and Natalie were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making it easy to find exactly what we needed. What stood out most was how they treated my friend's two young kids--so patient and kind, never making us feel rushed. My friend had been eager to visit after loving the website, and the experience far exceeded expectations. At least at this location, there aren't a million things cluttering the aisles so badly that you can't even walk through. The staff on the floor is always busy merchandising, but they will stop to help if you ask. The lines can get crazy, but they call in all the cashiers and usually get through the rush in a reasonable amount of time (not during the holidays, when it's naturally a little busier). The cashiers are friendly and efficient and this is one of my favorite place to shop for home decor and other things that I don't need. ;)

I'm not complaining about the people...I'm complaining about the stocking going on while the store is packed and those huge product bins in almost every aisle and path. Seems with the amount of Saturday business and even the registers being backed up to the furniture section, you can get the stock bins out of the way and to the back staging area.
