Items stolen from jobsite! We hired Lancaster insulation to do some insulation work at a jobsite, the homeowners reported that a watch was stolen. Lancaster said they spoke to their employees and they all adamantly denied having taken it....then the homeowner produced video surveillance and proved it. Workers came at 8 AM as scheduled, set up their equipment in a clean and efficient manner. A couple of hours later they were done, cleaned up and left! They were able to get to a small inaccessible space above one my rooms so that was great. No insulation dust or other issues after they left. Excellent company which stands by its work. They completely insulated my attic late last summer with R38. On time, worked efficiently and left the job site clean. This winter, the family felt that the house was not retaining ita heat as well as it did with the old insulation in previous winters. The work itself done by Lancaster Insulation was excellent. However, I took 2 stars off for the following reasons: 1. The workers need to have their own equipment. I had to loan my drill to undo screws to get into the attic, and I had to loan an extension cord so they could take a light in there. 2. I had insulation blown into my attic, and their cleanup afterwards was cursory at best. There was insulation dust EVERYWHERE. The worker who had done the attic had a broom and swept up some, but for me to be able to actually work in the garage to put things back where they belonged took me a long time to vacuum up. read more

These past few weeks have been record setting heat...After the temp gauge in my house reached 96 degrees with my Central Air on I thought the worst...Turns my attic had no Insulation. They were friendly, courteous, and answered all my questions (since I was not very knowledgeable). I decided to go with them and their price was very reasonable.
