Jeremy is a great salesman. Understanding and Knowledgable about the vehicles. He listens and does NOT push, he was understanding to my situation as well as my transportation needs. Again, he did not pressure me into trying to purchase a vehicle I did not want. If I'm driving off the lot with a vehicle it has to be something I like, comfortable driving and be willing to pay for for the term alotted. Jeremy made sure that I was happy with the vehicle and I liked what I would be paying for. That combination goes over some salesman's head bc they just wanna make a sale but they will not be the ones making the payment and it's NOT their credit nor money being spent. Jeremy was very professional from start to finish. My credit was not good but Jeremy accomplished the goal for my vehicle needs. I was given a history on the vehicle I purchased which were even more satisfying. Larry handled the finance area and he was comforting understanding and professional as well. The worst service ever... I called to schedule a service appointment. After waiting for the workers to stop talking I was able to receive service. They could not find my reservation, after asking the few people on staff, my reservation was found. My car was under warranty which means GM will provide me a loaner vehicle. Lancaster Motors TRIED to give me a 2011 Chevy Impala AND it was DIRTY INSIDE. I told them I am giving you my 2014 GM car and you are supposed to provide me with a comparable model year and car. The only thing they could offer me was a SORRY. I cancelled my service call and did not take their loaner. What a waste of my time!!!!! This dealership is close to my work but I would NEVER use their excuse for service dealership!!!! I will use a more reputable, able to provide decent service dealership. my husband and i just purchased a ford f150 truck from lancaster motor. spencer evans was our salesman for this purchase. let me start by saying that every person that we came in contact with was very nice and always wanting to know if they could help with anything. the truck had a few small things that needed to be repaired before the purchase. spencer made sure that all repairs were complete. the truck did not have but 1 key and spencer got right on getting an extra key made. spencer played with our children while we were signing all the paperwork with the financial personnel (marty). spencer and a very nice laday that i do not remember her name got my children drinks, popcorn and some coloring books with caryons. if you are looking to purchase a car or truck from lancaster motor company i highly recommmend to ask for spencer evans to be your salesman. read more

Hello, Just wanted to share that there are still honest hard working people that care about regular folks. They work at Lancaster Motors in Lancaster S.C. Today was one example of the way these fine people care. I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. There was an issue with tire pressure and they kept working on my problem till the vehicle worked perfectly. All of this was done in a polite and courteous manner. Sure this was a simple issue.
