I took my RV there to have the brakes checked. I waiting a long time to have someone look at it and do the job. The tech removed one wheel to check the brakes. A few weeks afterwards the wheel he took off fell off on the freeway causing a lot of damage. They, of course, said it wasn't their fault even though I had the RV for over a year and no wheels ever fell off and it was the only one they touched. Don't go here!!!!! read more

It took some work for them to get it out without damaging the tire and taking away the ability to simply plug the tire, but they did it. It turned into a simple tire plug repair rather than replacing the whole tire, saving me $150.00 for the tires on my Camaro. Thanks guys! Went to Meinike in Indianland was told my truck needed $ 2500.00 dollars in work.I told them, put it back together, took it to B&B . Told Nick the owner,what they said, showed him the estimate. I went in for a tire repair on my wife's car and I spoke with the owner David Best and told him that I had 2 holes in the tire. I had found a nail and a secondary leak the night before. He made a note on the work order and they only fixed 1 hole per him and the invoice. I spoke to his son Nick Best twice and David once and they still would not take any responsibility even after admitting that they only fixed 1 hole. The tire went out within 10 miles and destroyed the tire and my wife's fender well. It cost me $300 in parts not counting labor to fix the car plus a new tire. I purchased the tire along with another one to match the front from Drums Tire and gave them a 5 star review. It is sad that I have to result to social media or google reviews to get them to say they are sorry. read more

Took my big truck to get a 4 wheel alignment in the month of July 2020. They did a great job. My wife had 65$ in her side of the truck she'd forgotten along with 5 ones. Got the truck she got in and immediately asked where her 65$ was, they left the ones. If you take your vehicle make sure anything of value is taken out apparently the mechanics there in the big trucks end have sticky fingers and don't value their customers. read more

I Have a 2007 Nissan Murano and noticed it was leaking and took it to B& B well it only took them a couple of hours to determined what was leaking. The young man Thomas was extremely courteous and thorough on what needed to be done and cost. What I was truly impressed they just don't tell what is wrong with your car they will show you and go into details on what's happening. I moved here to Fort Mill from Charleston almost 3 years ago and I will tell you like any place else you have shady mechanics here but B&B ain't one of them! Thank God! Oh I don't know the mechanic name there but he gave me back all the spark plugs they replaced and was pretty disturbed by what he saw and told me I needed to go back to whoever did my tune up and request my money back...Now that's service! read more

They didnt even acknowledge me when I walked in and waited in line. Acted as though they were doing me a favor to wait on me. I believe his name was Sean who made negative comments about his own staff after they left his presence. behind their back in front of me and other customers. Mumbled negative comments under his breath continuously. Guess he hates his job and employees too. Service was OK and timely except my low tire pressure warning went off about 5 minutes after leaving. Guess they dont properly check the pressure when they rotate and balance your tires. Visit would have been fine if the counter guy would have been professional. Really disappointing experience. Didnt see one smile in the place except for the other two customers talking. B&B Tire has a good reputation amongst trucking customers,but they are located out of the way for commercial customers. I went out to their shop today, and they were very helpful. I, unfortunately, own a moped, and my dealer went out of business. I needed a new rear tire and approached them for a new one. They were very helpful. read more
