I had a nightmare breakdown away from home (Charleston), but had the good luck to get towed into Andy's shop. My 2004 Land Rover had burned out its transfer case, Andy was able to quickly find a salvage unit, saving thousands over a factory unit, much appreciated! This was months ago, the Rover runs fine, I can report that Andy was a pleasure to deal with, really knows his stuff. I might also point out: we never met face-to-face! All communication via iPhone. The guys there are truly amazing! I bought a used VW Touareg from a used car lot and it was a nightmare from the start. Truck wouldn't start when I went to go pick it up. I had a new battery installed. Then it started stuttering. I didn't want to take a chance so I limped it into Cherry Automotive. Mike was amazing with me. I told him the stupid decision I made to buy the truck and how I didn't know what was wrong with it. I dropped it off and a day later Mike called me with a diagnostic and estimate. I authorize the work and a few days later I was able to pick the truck up. The truck ran great..and then if ended up stalling. I called Mike and without any hesitation he told me to get the truck back to him. He even offered to reimburse me for the tow. My husband was able to limp the truck back in the next day. To all our surprise the truck had a fuel filter. Once they changed the filter the truck ran like new. Will definitely use them again. read more

Last November I was about to get rid of my Explorer but I really didn't want to go through the hassle of buying a new vehicle. I looked into replacing the engine and transmission, and decided to go that route after researching prices and talking with Andy. I ended up getting everything repaired and putting on new tires, and still came out way ahead of buying even the lowest priced used vehicle I had considered. Look I know good people and great service if you have any issues for major repair or just oil changed this is the place you want to be. I had my truck at goodyear for weeks and they couldn't fix nor figure out the problem. Had it towed to Cherry road automotive and they fixed it within 4 hours.
