We had a tour and education regarding the caves origin, sacred blessings by the local Ute elder, and how to enjoy this place in an approachable way. Marta was there on the spa day.She guided us on our 'soak and sweat' journey. The mineral hot soak for a half hour acclimated us to the oncoming heat of the vapor caves. Incredible. Morgan was our attendant for the soak, she was kind and professional the area is calming and spotless. Then to the solarium for a cooldown, then into the caves! We loved it so much, we returned for a second soak and sweat before our travel home. Maria was our bath attendant on this soak, she went above and beyond in her care. We Highly recommend for those who like it hot!

The staff is informative and helpful. I had booked everything over the phone and they were ready for us when we arrived.
