After getting a horrible haircut at a pricey salon, I had Aley trim it for me. She did an amazing job of shaping my hair up so that I no longer hated it (and the orginal haircut was so bad I didn't think that was possible). After a few more months of growth, I went back for another trim and once again, I was not disappointed. Aley did exactly as I asked and I love my haircut.

But still a bad vibe.... Sat in the chair next to him so I could watch and another lady rudely told me to stop spinning in the chair. I said "isn't a spin a 360? Because I never 360ed your chair. It was a swivel!" These lady's aren't friendly. If you have small boys DONT COME HERE!! Bad attitudes and customer service. Go back to beauty school! learn how to talk to people too!

I took time off work to get a haircut that says Short/Sheers cut. If you cannot do that don't advertise it. Most awkward interaction of my life!

I get Shellac…read moreand cut/ color done with Harmony and let me tell you, she is the only person I trust with a pair of scissors anywhere near my hair. She did an Ombre on my hair that is the best I've seen (because lets be honest, a horribly botched ombre is one of the most hideous things on this planet). I am constantly being asked where I got it done. About 6 months ago she brought up giving me fringe bangs and I was really hesitant at first but on a whim decided to just go with it (MAJOR TRUST). I will never go back to bang-less life ever ever again!! The owner Sarah is absolutely as sweet as can be.. these girls are so talented and really know their stuff. They also sell Mythic Oil which has completely changed my hair, i'm officially addicted to that stuff. One of my favorite things about Esteem is that they do Shellac!! Horray!! I can't ever use regular nail polish with my job because it chips the next day...if not 2 hours after painting them. They have just about every color and tool you could possibly imagine which is fun because you can be so creative! (Ask for all the glitter options....love.) The place is small and quaint but functional and affordable with two stylists that really know their stuff. I would highly recommend trying it out!
