Lance came out and cleaned out windows and did an amazing job! We live in a 3rd floor condo with no outside access. I contacted a few other people first and they turned down the job. Lance had absolutely no problem. He completely removed all the sliding windows to clean them and the tracks properly, which I didn't even realize was possible. He went out of his way to point out the serial numbers and any issues he noticed so that I could contact the manufacturer. My windows are now sparkling and gorgeous! Lance is incredible! He invested a serious amount of time to clean the windows of a condo we recently bought. These windows (seriously) had not been touched in years,tens of years most likely. They are so clean, it is as if there are no panes in the frames! Not only were the windows filthy, but to make matters worse, we live on Ocean and there wasn't room for him to park in the buildings' lot. Two screens when removed, broke at the corner and he offered to replace them. I said no, they were at least 15 years old and we would pay. He took them, got them repaired at a good price. Getting our old house ready to get on the market soon, and the windows were super dirty (never got around to cleaning them last year!). Short on time and lots to do, called Lance and by a stroke of luck, he was available for the next day. He worked like a dog for about 9 hours, cleaning our windows (frames, tracks and all), screens, skylights (ya, forgot about those!), sliding glass doors, rain gutters, and outside of house.
