Also, the pavers are sinking, are uneven and have caused a tripping hazard. That has nothing to do with sealing. The flagpole would not stay up in any weather. the four pieces would fall in on themselves, so I was left with one three foot flagpole. Multiple people tried to fix it. I finally just pulled it out of the ground with one hand. I do appreciate you getting in touch and trying to fix this, but with such a history of so many things being done wrong, done poorly, or not done, it seems foolish to continue - I simply have no confidence it would ever be done right, so I will take responsibility for fixing it.

Trouble was, the sprinkler is still not working, which he blamed on the program. He promised to come fix the problem. He said 9 am, then I called him 4 hours later. He says I'll be there in an hour. I call 3 hrs later, he's 2 hours away. I then call him out on his workmanship quality and quality of communication. So he gets angry and decides he will refund me and take his part back. I say ok. He never shows up. Sunday passes, so I call him this Monday morning. He says he'll be here in an hour. No show.
