Stopped here on a rainy day in April to get some lunch. We didn't know anything about this place and it ended being a pleasant surprise. Our lunch started with Spargelcremesuppe (it's asparagus season!) and it was really good, with large chunks of asparagus. Afterwards I picked the Bavarian plate. It consisted of Käsespätzle, pork medallions in a brown sauce and a mix of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. The Spätzle were incredible, the rest was so-so. All in all this was a great experience for an unpretentious restaurant in the middle of nowhere. read more
