Recently, my neighbors began using Toro Landscaping to cut their grass. I was in my backyard with…read moremy kids and and one of their friends on a weekday afternoon when someone driving a large mower cane driving through another neighbor's yard (not the one paying for service) and then through my yard to get to the neighbor who was paying for service's yard. Once he was done, he started driving back through my yard so I confronted him and asked him why he thought it was OK to drive through peoples' yards without their permission. He told me that there was no other way to get to the yard (there's a large PVC gate to get into their yard). I explained that this doesn't make it OK to leave tire tracks and rip up grass from said tire marks in other peoples' yards. He then said that he didn't understand why it was such a big deal and told me 'I didn't have to be a d*** about it'. Don't forget the kids were still in the backyard! I let it go and spoke to my neighbors that night. They agreed that this wasn't ok and called to cancel the next day. When they provided the reason why they cancelled, Toro said that none of their employees would ever say these things and that it was common practice for them to drive through other peoples' yards. These are the facts. I can't speak to the quality of Toro's work, but I can speak to Toro's character.

Areas of the lawn were totally missed, the cut was uneven, gouges were present in the lawn, clipping were sprayed over our landscaping, deck and patio, many areas that get trimmed with the weed wacker were totally missed, it was a mess. We contacted Matt to complain. Instead of coming over to inspect the job his worker did and do what was need to make it right, his answer was "We cut 43 lawns this week and you are the only one to complain, I send you the bill and we will not be cutting your lawn any longer, goodbye". So, If you are the type of person that is satisfied with bad to mediocre work then Matt's Lawn Care is for you. But if you expect good work for the money you are spending and expect a so called professional to be responsive when they slip up, then stay away.

If I could give no stars that is exactly what I would do. I dropped off my RV for exhaust repair,…read moreABS light problems, tire rotation, deferential seal replacement, and a couple other issues that I was unable to repair on my own. The owner Corey Landes told me that the job would be done in 2-3 days. Two and a half weeks and a couple of phone calls checking the status later, I was told that my RV was ready for pickup. I was charged over $2,000 and I ended up with an RV that was not fully repaired and damaged. Instead of welding the exhaust (to which I supplied the mufflers) I was charged $150 an hour in labor charges for 14 clamps and about 4 ft of flex pipe. I was told that in order to fix the ABS light I would need to replace the whole braking system, however the RV passed state inspection without that replacement. When completing the tire rotation 2 of the stainless steal wheel covers were damaged, which cost about $350 each. The brand new carpet inside the RV was covered in black 5th wheel grease. When I called to discuss the various issues, I was told by Corey that they had nothing to do with the damages to the wheel cover. Last time I checked in order to do a proper tire rotation, one would need to remove the wheel covers. When I discussed the other issues Corey had no comment and could not provide a resoloution. In my personal opinion this is $150 per hour butcher shop. I would stay away and find a better shop to fix your vehicles.
