Luckily, one day I found Liberty Tree Service and was able to coordinate with Jesse, the owner, to resolve a dangerous issue for a client who had no alternative options or resources. Liberty Tree Service volunteered to help my impoverished, disabled elderly client with an overgrown tree that was in jeopardy of falling on her home. Jesse, the company's owner, was very kind to my client and willingly volunteered to address the situation at no cost to my client. While on crutches from a broken knee, Jesse himself came to my client's home with his team at 7 am to assess the situation and guided his team to ensure the job was completed properly. I happened to ride by a house in the neighborhood and saw a Liberty Tree Service sign. I decided to give them a call for some tree and stump removal work my husband and I needed to be done at our home. I called and spoke with Jesse who is the owner of the company and set up an appointment for him to stop by for an estimate. Within a day he stopped over and gave us an estimate. I immediately felt comfortable talking with him. I found him to be honest, knowledgable, trustworthy, friendly, outgoing and very helpful. Between the fair price he gave us and our comfort level with him, we decided to have his company do the work. Within a couple of days his crew came and worked to complete the job. Last year I call Liberty and Jesse came out to our home. He had done great work for us in the past but this was going to be different. Our neighbors trees were falling down and bringing some of ours down as well along with our fencing. All of this was happening beyond our fence gates and behind our garage in a tight area. I explained to Jesse that even though I was extremely stressed by all this damage I didn't want to cause problems with my neighbor that I didn't even know. Jesse saw I needed help. I have been doing business with Jesse of Liberty Tree since I bought my current home in 2003. Over the years Liberty Tree has removed 15 trees for me, done a major trimming on a larger tree rather than remove the tree and ground all the stumps on trees removed, plus additional stump grindings on previously removed larger trees and for recent fence installation project Jesse helped me out the same day!! Liberty Tree has always provided me with fair pricing and outstanding customer service with out incident while performing their work in a professional, courteous and organized manner. I finally decided to call a tree service to come out to my house and take out some small trees and a bunch of overgrown bushes. I called Liberty Tree Service on a Tuesday morning, and they were out the very next day to do the estimate - and the work!! It wasn't a huge job, but they were in and out in less than 2hrs. Everything looks wonderful, and they did a great job cleaning-up. The owner was there at the start to make sure his team knew exactly what to do. Best of all, this was all done at a very fair price. Jesse was great. He explained all the work to me figured out the best solution to do it all figured out what was going to save me the most money he was honest and upfront about all of his pricing. His guys were great also they all had a great attitude very professional. They were fast and got the job done quick. I had a lot of trees up a few really big oak trees some dry ash trees some pine trees, they took them all down without a problem. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. Santos and his crew did a great job taking down 2 of my huge oak trees at the street. The roots were lifting up sidewalk (the reason for removal). He flipped concrete pads and ground roots. Placed back concrete and made the sidewalk presentable for the time being. No other tree company wanted to mess with that end of my job. Now I have time to redo entire sidewalk at a later date instead of doing both tree removal and concrete all at the same time $$$$. We had three companies quote us, and Liberty was the most reasonable. Their crew arrived promptly at 8am, and stuck it out the whole day completing everything we discussed. This included removing 3 trees, and trimming another 10 more, including a large oak in front of our home. Jesse was very professional, as were his crew. Amazing! Came out, took down a 90 year old , 75ft pine tree! The team work and professionalism was top of the line. Came about 10min before 8am and just finished around 12:30 after grinding and cleaning up the area! The price was very affordable! I highly recommended them! read more
