She informed me they were closed, even though it was 45 minutes before the posted closing time on the door. I asked to use the bathroom, at which point she put her hand on my shoulder & quite literally PUSHED me out the door. I was completely thrown off by the disgusting & abusive unprofessionalism. So, very annoyingly, I admit, I knocked on the door (calmly & collected).
