(Too many details for here to explain) They refuse to honor their offer and for the 120 days of effort and jumping through the hoops...nothing! First it isn't in the spirit of this promotion. When I was tasked with filling out a **very** perplexing tax return (not your typical "1040") for an elderly relative, GCU provided prompt expert assistance at a fair price. One additional item that was not in that other review: In comparison to some other bank and credit union websites that I have used, the GCU website is particularly easy to use. It lets me do a great job of managing my checkbook, monitoring my credit card expenses, and paying bills. And, it supports "Two Factor Authentication" log-in without being a nagging burden. What more could you ask for?
