Last month they returned it to my original account they took it from, this month they say it's not possible. I really hope that I'm able to get my money back because I have bills to pay. They also will not refinance my loan under my name only, even though I've never missed a payment in 3 years. I'm definitely looking into a different bank. One that actually cares about there customers and doesn't hangup on them when they call.

WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! after 120 days BMO says that I did not meet the requirements, when in fact I did. (Too many details for here to explain) They refuse to honor their offer and for the 120 days of effort and jumping through the hoops...nothing! First it isn't in the spirit of this promotion. I WOULD SUGGEST TO OTHERS CONSIDERING SUCH BMO OFFERS TO LOOK VERY SKEPTICALLY AT THEM. Any differences at Chase have been resolved quickly and honorably. They treat customers with much more respect...and that is over 30 years.

I've already left a glowing Yelp review for the main GCU office (in Oak Creek), but here's a summary: I've been a member for 14 years, I had a car loan through GCU, and GCU staff have gone out of their way to help me deal with some oddball "cash flow" issues. When I was tasked with filling out a **very** perplexing tax return (not your typical "1040") for an elderly relative, GCU provided prompt expert assistance at a fair price. One additional item that was not in that other review: In comparison to some other bank and credit union websites that I have used, the GCU website is particularly easy to use. It lets me do a great job of managing my checkbook, monitoring my credit card expenses, and paying bills. And, it supports "Two Factor Authentication" log-in without being a nagging burden. What more could you ask for?

I first visited another branch in the area and unfortunately they were not very helpful--they gave me incorrect information about how to process my name change while closing old accounts/going onto a joint account with my husband. When I came into the St. Francis location, I met with Kim, who was super nice and helpful. She followed up with me multiple times over the next week to keep me updated on the status of my accounts.
