Incompetent Phlebotomist - Disciplinary action or suspension pending proper training is needed to…read moreensure this never happens to anyone else.  The phlebotomist was inept at drawing blood and there are no excuses. He literally stabbed me in the arm and then again at sharp angles trying to correct his failure hitting nerves. This was not gentle and not proper technique. He asked me to let him know if it hurt and I did. This was intentional, unavoidable and unwarranted.  The clinic was busy (4 day weekend) but there are no excuses for this kind of treatment/abuse. I have never in all my years seen anything like it. There is no reason why he should not be disciplined as he is incompetent at his job. But then since there were no witnesses my guess is this will keep happening. Accountability is needed.

Unfortunately it's the closest one to my home, and when I'm that sick I just want to go somewhere nearby. Almost every time I'm in there I wait for AT LEAST an hour and a half. Today I left after being in the clinic for over 2 hours and still not even seeing a doctor. The people that work there are nice, but I never feel satisfied with how I'm treated when I'm there. It's a very frustrating place to be for a sick person.

The receptionist was rude, and even though I requested refills on my prescription and the doctor claimed he gave them to me, I found out at the pharmacy he had flat out lied and no refills were given. As I am in need of an emergency asthma inhaler at both my home and work, I had to immediately go to another doctor to get another presciption for the medication I needed. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!

I had a family member in there ICU, the nurses are ok but are not very good…read morepatient advocates... if u need something done it's a lot easier to personally get the doctor; which is kinda sad. But the worst were the therapists. I think they called themselves respiratory therapists....i'd never let them touch a family member again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All in all, to bad Regina doesn't have much of a choice in hospitals....if you have a choice do not go there, go to Saskatoon, or some where else.
