I drove around to the tellers, who said call my own bank, "not our problem". Went inside to speak with the manager, who was even worse. She accused me of stealing the $200. (Keep in mind, I had worked all day and took my toddler inside to resolve the issue). The manager was extremely unhelpful. She was rude to me, my 3 year old, and not to mention my personal banker who I had on the phone by this time. No resolution, she refused to audit the ATM machine or help me in anyway. Word of caution....these are a bunch of thieves. Not to mention it is the same bank that pocketed my mom's life insurance policy after she died a decade ago. I was left with no way to bury my mother who paid into the policy for 30 years. Disgusting bank in general. I would not send my worst enemy to bank with these theives.
