The inside climate controlled area is nice and clean. The counter assistant said they spray for bugs and such weekly. Inside it smells of moth balls. There is an elevator to get to the second floor. They also have rolling flatbed carts to help take your boxes and such to the storage room. The amounts they list on the website are accurate for the room itself. What they don't mention is the administrative fee ($19.99) plus the need for insurance ($12.00 per month) that is required. Other than that, it's a nice facility.

We set up an appt. for the next day and he came out on time to confirm the estimate and it was actually a little less. The guys started loading up right away and were done in around a 1/2 hour. Don and his team were professional and nice and took care not to damage anything while loading up large pieces of debris. I would absolutely use them again and am happy to recommend.
