When I realized I wouldn't have time to clean my apartment after moving out, I was glad to find 3600 Zone had availability on short notice and the price was more competitive than some other services. However, 15 minutes prior to the scheduled cleaning they messaged me to say they'd be an hour or more late. Unexpected, inconvenient, but I didn't have much choice. However, after the hour came around I sent a follow-up to make sure they were still going to make it. I was told it would be almost another hour. Sadly I didn't have time to wait around to see when (or if) they might actually show up, and it was too late to find anyone else last minute, so I kissed my deposit goodbye and left my old place on a sour note. If you want last-minute scheduling and competitive pricing, you might get it here. But if you need a cleaner that will keep your appointment, you might want to keep shopping. read more

I was very disappointed. I arranged for a deep cleaning and wanted biweekly service thereafter. They were late enough I was ready to inquire about an eta. The person arrived with cleaning supplies, we reviewed what was to be deep cleaned leaving out two rooms to focus on the others. I got out of her way. There is no way what was done was a deep clean. Partial dusting on the top of surfaces only, no windowsills, light fixtures, baseboards. No vacuuming she partially swept because we don't have carpet. The counters weren't cleaned, kitchen appliances were not wiped down. Mopping consisted of spraying Fabuloso cleaner on the floor and using a dry mop, which smeared the dirt everywhere. I hate Fabuloso, it closes my sinuses and makes my eyes itch. The shower in the master was not scrubbed the fixtures appeared to have been wiped down. She did clean the windows on the French doors and ran a swifter duster over the upholstery. My husband and I ended up running the vacuum, mopping and cleaning the counters and appliances. In her defense I did say not to clean the INSIDE of the microwave. It was not money well spent and even with the offer of a future discount we won't have them back. I should have ejected her but I was preparing for a family dinner the next day. Not happy to have to clean after paying for cleaning and then getting a call from a check cashing service during dinner to confirm that I wrote a check read more
