Mike and his guys were great to work with; they provided pictures of the before/after via text message, gave us feedback, photos and an on the spot quote for fixing our gutters that had separated from the house, and even coordinated for their own water when it turned out our water had already been turned off from the house. I called back 10 minutes later and the BOT responded that someone would be calling me within 1/2 hour to give me an update. I called back again at 1:55 and asked the BOT to have a real person call me. By now I have wasted more than 1/2 day. Someone (would not say their name) finally txt me and claimed they never spoke to me on the 20th. I told them that wasn't true and copied and pasted my call log to their main number. That person apologized and asked me if I would reschedule. I rescheduled for Friday 5/8. Once again... no calls, no show. I was told the person who was supposed to do the work called in sick. Very disappointed. Our first experience was totally different. Not sure what is going on but I won't waste any more time doing business with a company that won't answer the phone, return calls or speak to a customer that they have missed 2 appointments with. Save yourself some time and frustration. Find a more reliable company.
