LandMax came out to my place last summer (2025). I had construction damage to my lawn that included heavy rutting, rocks everywhere and grass kill. LandMax came out and gave me a free estimate in a timely manner. They came out a few days later and did the work on budget and on schedule. These guys are incredible to work with. We had excellent communication throughout the whole project and their eye for detail in both design and execution is a huge asset! They allowed us flexibility in the design. They did an incredible job; everything from their choice of boulders, mulch color and input on shrub & bolder placement. The excavation of the design was watching art come to life and they nailed the organic/natural element in the design I was wanting. I reached out to Landmax before the snow was thawed because I wanted to be first on a Landscapers schedule in order to have grass this Summer. Landmax came out, they seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. After meeting with multiple companies I decided to go with Landmax because they presented themselves the most professional and willing. After months of waiting, my install date was near and the company decided to not show up, respond, or even give me an excuse of why the couldn't do the job. I realized the fancy trucks, neon vest and good talk was just a façade. My biggest reason to make the review is that landscapers usually fill their schedule before their first job of the season even starts and I was concerned that because I waited for a company that said they could do it, for the price they said (I didnt even try to negotiate, I just wanted it done), I would miss out on getting landscaping done this year. Thanks be to God that isn't the case. I found a company that answered their phone and keeps their word. The job Landmax bid for me was over 19,000 sqft of lawn, 1,500 sqft of rock border, 2 splash blocks for a roof drain and a driveway prepped with D1. So this wasnt a small job nor a small price. read more
