This time, Jesus placed new sprinkler heads for another part of the lawn, and changed out different spray head types a couple of times to my liking. He has the patience of Jesus. The estimates are reasonable, and Linda, who coordinates the jobs and takes the payments, is very responsive and quick to reply to questions. Overall, I recommend them for affordability, communication/responsiveness, and timeliness.

Once they did, their service was spotty, never knew when they would show up, so I had to keep asking. A couple months in, and they stopped showing up altogether. After 3 weeks of nothing, I emailed and was given another apology for them forgetting I existed. Another 2+ weeks go by, same exact thing. So I cancel my service with them, but I had one more day paid for. They came out and mowed their last day. And then they charged me for another month's service today. And good luck trying to get them on the phone. They never answer. If you leave a message, best you'll get is a text. Feels like they're scared to talk to their customers, and I see why.

Connected clear back on March 6, got an estimate for the back yard only despite asking for whole yard. I'm still waiting for them to get the job they quoted me for done. First it was, oh, it's too early to put down sod, it'll die. We should plant in late April. We also won't know if your front yard needs replaced until the grass has had more time to grow. How he could conclude that the back yard needed it but not the front is beyond me -- it was the same grass in the same condition. Probably just trying to cover for the fact they didn't measure and estimate what I asked for originally. Late April came and went, despite phone calls from me as asked in early April to setup an estimate. Then it was, we'll come by and estimate in early May for install in late May. Late May has come and gone and I still don't have a full yard estimate, let alone any grass. Done with their lies. I've hired someone else. You should do the same if you want your project done.

From there, we were supposed to get on a biweekly service for $35 (which seemed pretty reasonable) but my service apparently was never implemented. They were supposed to come out 3 times in November and never did. When I got around to calling about it (I have a 3 month old; if you have kids, you'll understand) today, I was told they'd probably have to come out to do another cleanup. I explained I really didn't want to pay another almost $300 just because they failed to implement the plan we agreed on and was told (albeit nicely) while someone there did "drop the ball", it's my fault for waiting a month to notice and call them. Second update: We cancelled our service after they broke our gate getting into our yard and were seen throwing sticks into our neighbors yard. Terrible!

It started right, they rushed out for some sprinkler work and I asked about replacing my 18yr old fence. I got an estimate a little higher than the next closest so seemed inline, plus the quote had a little more detail. This was all preCOVID. After my deposit, they cancelled. starting multiple times, were consistently late and new excuses each time. We were 6 mo. In with more cancelations and some rain issues, but wouldn't have been if they honored earlier commitments. When the owner personally showed, he did work hard but I even had to mention after demo ended and they were mostly done, they left a batch of crap in the backyard that I had to ask several times to clean up. Cancelations got worse near the last 25% but then they convinced my wife to pay balance doe to personal financial challenges. After that everything was a struggle. More cancels and I complained about no caps on posts, no cement in post holes, missing boards, aesthetic issues,, gate issues and other stuff to drag to about a year for my fence. They wear you down with missed promises and I finally gave up. Now less than 2yrs old, I am having to hire another fence contractor to fix it. Don't get suckered like me.

I reached out to a few landscaping services via Yelp to get quotes for resodding. Delano from Worship Landscaping was quick to respond and able to come out right away to access my lawn. We came up with a plan and he was able to complete it within the same week. Delano was responsive and great with communication throughout the whole process. He provided different options along with thorough explanations and without pressure. He was even great with follow up after the work was completed to make sure there were no issues. And actually there was a minor issue with the new sod covering my sprinkler heads, and he came out to adjust it right away.
