Imagine my surprise when I looked out the window thinking they would be mowing but instead saw them trimming bushes and doing Fall clean up. When I contacted the owner he responded saying he reviewed his records and found that I did not want Fall Clean up. So they stopped doing that and mowed my lawn. But they billed me for the time they worked on Fall clean up even though it was a service I didn't request. It wasn't my mistake it was his. But he billed me for partial Fall clean up anyway. I refuse to work with companies who try to do these types of things. It is unfortunate because I would have given high marks for the mowing service. I won't be using this company again.
